The space
This apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer and tea. We provide snacks, chips and popcorn free of charge. There’s a full sized refrigerator with complimentary water. This unit has a full size stove with an above microwave range. This space is updated with central air and heating. A studio apartment transformed into a 1bd apartment. There’s a doorway for the Kitchen & Dining area. There’s also a door that separates the main room from bathroom. We’ve also added an arcade and board games to the space for your enjoyment.

We do have a strict pet policy. We love pets but we don't allow them in the unit. This is a strict policy!

Guest have access to all food and items in the home. This is your space during your stay.

Our rules are simple:

No use of weapons
No underaged drinking
No unauthorized guest/pets
No pets on furniture
No smoking
No fighting
No loitering in the front yard
Quiet hours after 11p.m during the week and 1am on weekends.
