Terrasse sur le toit récemment ouverte pour une vue imprenable sur les environs, y compris la baie de Simpson, le côté français, Beacon Hill et les clés Pelican. Super endroit pour se détendre et prendre un verre de vin .. La terrasse sur le toit a un canapé en L, 3 salons et une table d'appoint. Photos à venir.
La chambre a un lit queen avec 8 tiroirs de rangement supplémentaires. Coussin de matelas en mousse à mémoire amovible.
La porte du placard est en miroir. Planche à repasser, coffre-fort et sèche-cheveux dans le placard. Tous les draps et serviettes de plage fournis. Lampes de lecture de chaque côté de la tête de lit.

Le salon a un canapé-lit queen qui peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Étui à livres personnalisé avec assortiment de livres. Aussi grande chaise longue.
Table à manger pour 4 personnes, avec 3 sièges de bar supplémentaires au comptoir.

Le balcon a 2 chaises en teck, une chaise longue en teck, une petite table et un banc personnalisé.
3 chaises longues de plage, parasol et glacière également fournis. Parking juste à votre entrée. Environ 90 marches jusqu'à la plage. Borde l'une des propriétés les plus luxueuses de St Maarten - Las Arenas.

Great Apartment

This apartment was a great homebase location for our 12-night stay over the holidays. It is a cute apartment true to the pictures, clean, well-appointed and great hosts. It will be on our short list of locations to stay on our next trip back to the island.

We enjoyed staying in St. Maarten and the beaches are beautiful. Our host was pleasant and hepful at all times. The restaurants were first class and did not have a bad meal. Always felt safe and the people were very polite.

We totally enjoyed our week stay at the Top Deck Apartment. This private residence is located in a quiet residential area with a wonderful host. It has everything you need and is centrally located close to a large grocery store and several eating places and an easy walk to the beach. The little extras like lint brushes, extra large beach towels and chairs and ice maker are much appreciated.

Fabulous stay

My stay in St. Maarten was wonderful. The apartment was even nicer than I imagined. The location was perfect. Mark and Rashita couldn't not have been nicer or more helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling by themselves, with a friend, partner, or child. I hope to be back again very soon.

Topdeck at Simpson Bay

We stayed at Topdeck in April 2023 and absolutely loved this place. Hosts are excellent and answer your enquiries right away. The place is exactly as described and proximity to the Simpson Bay and all the amenities alongside Airport road is a huge plus. Less than a minute to the pristine white sand beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and night life.The star feature of the property is its top deck. Great spot to watch planes take off and land, equipped with BBQ, fridge, sink, umbrella and generous size sectional. Needless to say we spent quite a few hours there. To sum it up, if you are looking for a great place to spend your vacation in Sint Maarten then Topdeck fits the bill perfectly!

We had a wonderful time in St. Maarten and part of what made it so wonderful was this beautiful apartment and extremely accommodating owner Mark. The apartment was very clean, updated and the kitchen was full of everything we needed. Not only did we have everything we needed to cook meals, but my fiance especially appreciated the quality knives! Mark greeted us when we got there, gave us a few tips about St. Maarten and the apartment itself and was immediately available anytime we texted him with questions or needed help with something. The rooftop deck was put to good use every evening as we drank margaritas and used the grill to cook up some fantastic local fish. We even got engaged on it as we watched the sunset!! When we come back, there is no question, we will be staying here. Thank you Mark!!

A neat and modern 1-bedroom apartment that is conveniently located near the airport (5 minutes drive from car rental pickup), with walking proximity to the main road with lots of eating places and shops, and less than 1 minute walk from an excellent white sand beach (Simson Bay).The apartment is on the second level and accessible using side stairs. Parking was on the road just outside the apartment on the street.The apartment was clean, in good condition, and well equipped with proper cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils, and a washer/dryer combo unit. The photos shown were a true representation of the layout and look of the apartment.Check in was simple and the place was properly prepared complete with linen, towels (including beach towels), and basic toiletries. The area was very quiet, except for the sound of the aircrafts taking off and landing at the airport (but there were little airport activity during the night). The hosts were friendly and helpful, availabe all the time (as they lived on the compound), but at no time were they intrusive.The rental experience was overally excellent. While it can sleep 4 considering the pull out sofa in the living room, we would recommend it as best suitable for a couple.

Rashida and Mark are great hosts. The apartment is supplied with sheets, towels (both bath and beach) a kitchen with all the appliances you will need, and even has a safe for valuables. It is a great location and is steps from the beautiful Simpson's Bay beach. Great roof top patio to watch planes. Walkable to shops and restaurants on Airport Road. Overall, a great place at a good price.

Enjoy your stay is an understatement!

An excellent property that is taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet. Yeah you’re within minutes of any restaurants and live music. I come back-and-forth to the island quite often and this was a wonderful visit.

Wonderful Time

Sadly, because of bad weather in Charlotte, NC our flight to SXM was cancelled on our first day heading down, and we had to stay in Charlotte for our 1st night of vacation. Mark and I were in communication throughout the journey by text and he had been tracking this as well. Got there midday next day to start family vacation. Mark had everything laid out for us as we got there (keys, info on area. information guide for apartment) so check-in was a breeze. Apt. is literally about 1 minute to the ocean and we were walking/splashing in the surf in no time. Mark was always accessible to text whenever we had a question and responded quickly. Everything you need is in the apartment. Did rent a car to go about the entire island, but everything in Simpson Bay (restaurants/bars/shopping) is accessible within 5-10 minutes, and taxi service is available. With causeway bridge now open getting to Marigot on the French side takes about a 5-7 minute drive. Simpson Bay is small enough that we ran into a couple we met 3 different times, and even ran into Mark out for the evening at Pineapple Petes! Only complaint was the time we got to spend on the island (not Mark's fault). The apartment had everything we needed and had beautiful views of the island from the rooftop deck. Will definitely recommend to friends and family as a great place to stay. Thanks again Mark! I plan to stay in touch with you! Carter

Wonderful vacation

We just came back from a wonderful vacation in St. Marteen. We stayed at Mark’s roof top deck apartment and that what made our experience unforgettable. Mark and Roshitha are great hosts. They greeted us at our arrival and gave us tips every time we needed. The apartment is conveniently located at Simpson bay in the heart of the island. We used the roof top deck not just for our morning cup of coffee, but for cooking our dinner or have a glass of wine enjoying the splendid night view of the bay and Simpson bay lagoon. The place was very clean and has everything you need to feel yourself at home. Marigot is only few min drive from the house. Ferry to St Barts, Saba and Anguilla just 10 min walk. The place is nicely set up and well maintained. Thank you Mark and Roshitha!

Growing up here in the 70s and 80s was a great adventure for me. After spending 7 years in St Louis and San Antonio for college and work I decided to return to my island.. and my family. I am an aircraft engineer for American Airlines, an avid cyclist and love snorkeling the crystal waters. I live adjacent to the apartment in a separate house and am usually always around to assist you in any way. I can help with questions you may have and can direct you to any tours or fun things to do on the island.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I grew up in Simpson Bay from the age of three years old. My dad used to build large catamaran boats on this same beach but the company moved to Cole Bay. Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

In St Maarten, the electricity and / or water service can at times be disrupted. This apartment is hooked up to a standby generator that automatically comes on if the city power does go off. The apartment also has a cistern and pump in the event that there is a city water disruption.
