Enjoy incredible savings by booking this suite directly through me, a private owner, rather than the resort.

Located on the top floor of the main building of Kauai Beach Resort, this suite is conveniently situated for easy access to the front desk, restaurants, the elevator and parking.

The suite itself measures 307 square feet, while the balcony adds an additional 58 square feet of outdoor space for you to relax and take in the scenery.

For families traveling with infants, a Pack-n-Play crib is provided at no additional cost.

The maximum occupancy for this suite is 4 people, so bring your family or come with friends for a memorable stay in this beautiful suite.

Per Kauai County laws, the suite does not have any cooking facilities.

We offer a coffee maker and a 3.5 cubic foot fridge with freezer (counter height bar/mini fridge size).

There is an ice machine down the hall in the guest lounge, and coin-operated laundry facilities are on the first floor of Building 1.

CLEANING SERVICES:

Because you are staying in a privately-owned resort room, cleaning services are provided directly through us.

We do not provide daily cleaning services, but if your stay is longer than 8 days, we offer additional bedding and towels for your convenience.

If you would like to arrange for additional room cleans, you may do so for an additional charge. Please let me know prior to your arrival so I can make sure the cleaner is available.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow cancellations and offer a 96% (payment less administrative fees incurred by us) refund from the date of booking till 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 and 14 days of check-in are subject to a 50% refund, and reservations cancelled within 14 days of check-in are not entitled to a refund. Please inquire for additional details.

Additionally we require a $500 deposit or you have the option of purchasing damage waiver protection for your stay with us for $35 (which covers you for up to $500). You will be invited to verify your identity and select from one of these two options through a separate email from our insurance broker Truvi. This is NOT the same insurance that VRBO offers.
