We had an amazing stay! The photos and description are spot on. The property is very nice and the staff were wonderful. The villa itself is very nice, spacious and had everything we needed. It suited our family of 5 perfectly with plenty of space. The location is great for walking the beach, swimming in the ocean, finding activities and close to beach restaurants. We loved everything about it.

Beautiful resort, ideal location

This is our second visit to Villa la Estancia and couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Close to town, yet quiet. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Cabo.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean with great views of the resort and ocean. Check in process was easy and the employees at the resort were very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Incredible Family Setup & Beautiful Accommodations

Couldn’t be more happy with the communications and accommodations of everyone involved from the property manager, to Lupita @ the concierge desk to the pool manager who ran a tight ship.

Condo was clean. We really enjoyed our stay. 1st time staying at Medano Beach overlooking the famous Arch. Very close and convenient to everything.

Great vacation

Thanks Jana we really enjoyed our stay. Unit was immaculate and well located. Resort is very clean. We had one small issue with maid service but it was resolved quickly. This is our second stay at Estancia and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing property with beautiful views

We had a wonderful getaway and never needed to contact our host as everything was perfect. This was our second stay at Villa Estancia and first time renting this particular villa. Very spacious and comfortable with good WiFi and nice amenities. Will definitely be back for a longer stay

Pleasant surprise

This place is a gem. The vibe is very chill. The room is even better than the pics. We are very happy we stayed here instead of Palmar. The price is worth it. Jana is great and responsive. We will def stay again.

Cabo Reunion

Property is well taken care of and location is great to walk on the beach to downtown. Property manager was quick to get back with updates and room was clean and very spacious. Note, please remember to bring your own supplies as room did not have them but owner does mention this as well. Everything was lovely and had a great time.

Lovely place

Wonderful place to stay with my family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone. The villa felt like home with its cozy atmosphere and very comfortable beds. We loved the balcony that spanned the two bedrooms and living space, also the morning sun on balcony with evening shade was perfect. Easy walk to several eating places, night events and excursions. Cleaning crew every 2 days was very nice. All staff were nice and helpful. Pool cleaned every morning. Tennis courts were an added bonus. Amazing place.
