Cette villa est la premiÚre unité sur la plage, à quelques pas de la piscine depuis le patio. Son emplacement est le meilleur sur place.

Ceci est une copropriété de luxe à Villa La Estanci. Situé sur la plage de Medano, la seule plage de baignade sûre de la région. Villa La Estancia est exploité comme un complexe d'appartements cinq étoiles. Tous les avantages d'une station avec le luxe d'une maison privée.

La villa a trois chambres et quatre salles de bain complÚtes et le mobilier a été mis à jour. Les chambres sont toutes immenses et tous les lits sont des lits king size. Les bains sont tous en marbre avec des comptoirs en granit. Deux des salles de bains ont de grands bains à remous. Il y a aussi une cuisine complÚte avec tous les appareils, une barre de petit déjeuner et une buanderie avec laveuse, sécheuse et évier. Il y a une belle vue sur l'océan depuis la villa et depuis l'immense balcon. Le balcon a des ventilateurs de plafond et une barre humide avec réfrigérateur et un gril à gaz.

Ce complexe est adjacent aux complexes Villa del Palmar et Villa del Arco et les clients de Villa La Estancia sont invités à utiliser les commodités de ces complexes, notamment le supermarché à service complet, le magasin de vidéos et l'épicerie fine. Les deux autres stations ont également un centre d'activités pour enfants qui est à la disposition de nos clients.

To me this was the best place to be. Everything right out our patio. We had the pool, hot tub, and the beach. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We loved the margaritas with avocado dip and salsa. She made lemonade for my grandkids. The place worked out so well for all of us. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Great location

The location is beautiful and Johana, our concierge, was amazing! She had welcome chips/salsa/guacamole with homemade margaritas when we arrived. She did our grocery shopping, organized a Mexican Fiesta dinner in our room and scheduled our dinner reservations! :) She was so helpful and friendly.

Excellent location in a great resort

Overall, the property was a very good choice for us. It really is probably the best location on that resort. It was well equipped for our family. The cleaning service that was done Every other day was also very well done. The only negative is we couldn’t get the TVs to work. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfection

10 of us stayed in this beautiful villa celebrating my daughter’s bachelorette party. There are 3 large spacious bed rooms with 5 super comfortable King beds in all. Plus each bedroom had a great view so no one felt like their room was better than others. We all slept like Queens !! Not too many places have Villas with only King beds so this was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything you need and it was perfect for the one night we had a chef come and cook us a taco bar. The property is a beach front villa and perfect to walk straight out to the pool, beach or jacuzzi. We will be back to stay at Villa 1101 it was Perfection. Plus John was great to work with too !

Paradise in Cabo

The view and location were totally amazing. Our landlord was so responsive and helpful.. it was great if you have kids because it was the bottom floor and there’s grass outside for the kids to play and then go over to the pool as well as play on the beach, I would totally recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa and appreciate the extra help with arranging transportation and grocery shopping. The Villa is perfectly located on the ground for pool and beach access (beach access is next door though and a short walk) The beds are comfy and it easily accommodated our group of six friends who traveled in to celebrate birthdays. We also appreciated the margaritas and homemade guacamole! Thank you Johana!

Excellent Location, Well Managed, Great for Families

Our stay could not have been better, thanks to the thoughtful planning and excellent communication from host John and concierge Isabella. We agree with others that this is truly the best location at this well-run and well-maintained resort property --1st floor, oceanfront, with pool, grass lawn, hot tubs, and beach access only steps away. Pre-ordering groceries with our hosts worked out especially well for our group of 6 adults and 3 little ones, allowing more pool, beach, and together time. We also scheduled a whale watching activity and a morning deep sea fishing trip, enjoying both (we cooked and ate the Mahi-mahi we caught for two days). We were glad that we brought along a few small inflatable inner tubes, simple pool toys, card games, etc. to occupy the kids. Everyone loved this vacation.

Ladies 40th Birthday Celebration

This room is amazing! My friends and I (6 of us total) comfortably stayed here on our vacation to celebrate all of us turning 40 this year. I can’t say enough about how great the location of this room is. It’s on the first floor, steps away from the pool, hot tub and beach. Easy to save chairs in the morning right outside your room and convenient to step back into the room to make a drink or grab a snack. A short walk on the beach brings you to some great lunch spots, beach activities and massages on the beach. The space is basically like three separate hotel rooms plus a common area with living room, dining room and kitchen. John’s communication was timely and very helpful. We used his local personal contacts to arrange or airport transfers and to do a grocery run for us to have food and drinks in the room. The resort is very nice, clean and staff was very friendly. I couldn’t recommend this place more for all types of travelers, families, couples and friends.

Perfect!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean and very spacious unit. The location on the property was so perfect - easy access to the pool area without needing to haul things up and down the hallway and elevators. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

One of the BEST!

We have been to Cabo many times, but this was our first time staying here. This was one of the most amazing times that we have had as a family. The location is perfect. The Villa is perfect. The resort is perfect and the people were awesome. We had absolutely no issues. The Villa was clean and beautiful. No complaints. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
