We have a Ring video camera outside at the the front door and in no way does it infringe upon the guestsâ expectations of privacy in this public area of the property. View is only of exterior only.
Designated parking spot for 1 vehicle.
We do not have cable for our TV. Please log into your own apps on our Sony Bravia 55" smart TV.
Mail: Our condo cannot accept mail or packages. Please consult with the local UPS store if you need packages sent to you during your stay.

--Hawaii County Restrictions--
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area
- The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes
