À propos de cet hébergement

Ceci est un grand condo d'une chambre à coucher avec deux salles de bains; parfait pour deux couples. Il y a un lit queen belle dans la chambre principale avec une salle de bains privative et une télévision. Un second lit queen est situé dans une alcôve au large de la salle de séjour avec une deuxième salle de bain privée et TV. Il y a de nouveaux meubles de salon avec une cheminée-lit queen size canapé, une télévision, un lecteur DVD et de gaz.

La table de salle à manger peut accueillir quatre plus trois à la barre, et il y a un pont au large de la salle à manger. Tous les clients de Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations comprenant une piscine couverte chauffée, un hammam / sauna, un centre de remise en forme complet, des cours de yoga, de pilates et de cyclisme, etc. Il y a une place de stationnement de garage attribué, avec un parking supplémentaire disponible dans le complexe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Vous recevrez deux laissez-passer de stationnement. Si vous avez besoin de plus de places de stationnement que ce qui vous est alloué, n'hésitez pas à appeler notre bureau pour connaître les différentes options. Ce complexe est à distance de marche de Canyon Lodge et les pentes, et en été a accès à des courts de tennis. Il y a 35 marches à l'unité et pas d'escaliers à l'intérieur de l'unité. Ce condo peut accueillir un maximum de 6 personnes, est non-fumeur et les animaux de compagnie (1 chien admis seulement, pas de chats ou d'autres animaux). Hard mattress

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very nice, remodeled and clean. I am not normally very picky about the firmness of a mattress, however, the mattress in the bedroom was extremely firm, too hard (for me). There was no give at all. After two nights of waking up with a headache and sore back and hips I slept on the couch the rest of the week which was better but not great. Also if you are a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs as you can hear every footstep of the neighbors upstairs. The front door knob was broken (exterior). It just spins it won’t unlatch the door. You can’t open the door with out a key even if it is unlocked. My daughter got locked out until I was able to come meet her with a key. I let management know when we checked out and they were sending maintenance out to repair it but I would check before you close the door. We didn’t spend much time in the Condo during the day. We mainly used it to sleep, with the uncomfortable bed it was kind of a disappointment.

Good location, bad check-in process

Great place, walking distance or short drive to Canyon Lodge. Check-in process was extremely inconvenient. We arrived in the morning of our check in day to spend the day on the mountain. At the end of the day we had to drive all the way to a separate location to pick up the keys - big inconvenience. Tried to ask the property manager about early check-in and they never responded to our message. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Great location and very cozy. It had everything you’d need. Also very clean.

Easy to get to Canyon Lodge. Also a nice walk down to the Village. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and quiet.

Great location!

Our group stayed in unit #4, which is up two flights of stairs from the main parking area. It was nice being the very first unit in the complex, however, be prepared for a hill if you are walking to Canyon Lodge. The unit is well-stocked (except for no cookie sheets) and cozy. Our only complaint was that the booking office where you pick up and drop off keys is about an 8 minute drive from the property. I would recommend to the complex to allow keys to be left inside the unit upon check out so that guests can be on their way. Overall, we'd stay here again, as it was close to the slopes.

Condo in the Sierras

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in condo 4 from July to the end of November and overall it was pretty great. Pros: $1200/month probably due to the off season Two beds and two full baths, second bed is in the living room Decent internet with a hard line if desired Games and Wii console were included in the living room table Quick access to hot water throughout the condo except for the master sink for some reason (just took a while to heat) Easy access to the rest of Mammoth Easy access to hot tubs Dedicated indoor parking spot which is a major life saver if you need to put chains on or leave early It was quiet during my stay, most likely due to the off season Relatively early snow service, about 6:30 to 7am Cons: Electric stove instead of gas The fireplace really only heated the living room, the bedroom could be heated but I found it easier/cheaper to sleep in the living room when I was alone. Possibly buy a space heater if you're staying over the winter. Master bathroom sink took a while to get hot water to The master bath fan was tied to the main light switch so I mainly used the heating light The hill leading to the condo is steep and a genuine concern once it starts snowing. They plow it but expect to chain up to get into the condo unless you have a good set of tires and 4x4. I'll vouch for Z chains if you're looking for a pair. They are a bit expensive but they are great and relatively easy to use. Low set cars beware, there are indents on the bottom of the hill where cars have bottomed out. Overall I was happy with my stay there and the cons were more minor annoyances than anything major.

Not a bad place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean, a little outdated but everything worked.The only heat source was the fireplace so it was cold a lot. Odd set up for the bedroom in the living room, it was a little cramped. We had four adults and 2 children and a well behaved dog. Nice to be able to walk to Canyon....but be ready for the hill climb....good exercise. We thought it was a bit pricey...and on the second floor was a challenge to get gear and kids down the flights of stairs. There are three floors...and the people above us sounded like they were in the room with us. I wondered if the people below thought the same. I would recommend this place as long as I informed the person of these things.
