Overall we enjoyed the home as it was clean, and everyone had their own space. The neighborhood included morning roosters crowing and the train kept us awake the first night as it passes by the backyard every so often. Remote key fab was a plus! Everything you needed was there and check out was a breeze.
In town with friends for a major conference at Dickies Arena and the location was great! Traumaine was a great host and very accomodating to requests! Definitely would stay again!
Comfortable beds, great space.
The train track is right behind the house but it wasn't bothersome to me or my sleep (meaning it didn't wake me up and I'm a fairly light sleeper) and the other guests never heard it.
There's a grocery store very close.
House is new so very clean. Iâm a light sleeper so the train located behind house did wake me. Had a couple issues during stay and host was quick to respond which I appreciated. Getting in was very easy and using the garage was definitely a plus.
Our family stayed at this home for TCU graduation. It felt new and clean, with room for all. The layout was nice for family time, the beds were comfortable and the fireplace made it very cozy. The host's communication was prompt. There was not a hot tub, but a nice tub in the master suite We were surprised by the proximity of the train, but all the guests were able to sleep well. Loved the size of the master closet and bathroom.
My wife, our 2 adult kids, our son-in-law and 2-yr old granddaughter travelled to Fort Worth to visit my wife's brother and family. We wanted a 4 bedroom house close to the Westcliff area and away from downtown. This house turned out to be perfect for our 5-night stay.We really liked the open floor plan that combined the kitchen, dining area and TV room. This enhanced our family gathering experience while locating the bedrooms away from foot traffic. The kitchen appliances and cooking/ eating utensils were fully suitable for our stay. The three smaller bedrooms were comfortable and more than adequate for us. The master bedroom and bath were especially nice with separate tub and walk-in shower. Plenty of towels were provided throughout. Beds were very comfortable.Since we had beautiful, warm weather during our stay, we made good use of the covered seating area in the fully fenced back yard. The occasional freight train passing by beyond the back fence was more a novelty to us rather than a deterrent. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would rebook in the future if needed. Our host was very helpful and accommodating.
Perfect place to stay for our daughterâs graduation! Plenty of room for the kids to come and go. The sitting area outside was great, communication was quick and easy. Thanks
This is a new home in an older neighborhood. The train is directly behind the house but surprisingly it is not super loud. The dog barking next door was a lot worse than the train.
The first night we were there the microwave and cabinet feel off the wall. Mr Trumaine responded quickly and he and my husband were able to move it. Mr Trumaine had it repaired by 10:00 am the following morning.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay when we visit relatives in Ft Worth again.
