Great, safe location and house was comfortable and clean. Plenty of fun things to do within walking distance (Piola seems like a hidden gem right down the street, we had a great meal there). Would recommend and rebook the next time in Fort Worth
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy home and well kept neighborhood. Enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. Great central location to many different venues, restaurants and shopping. We walked almost everywhere place we had planned to visit. The host was very helpful and responds quickly. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.
This is absolutely, hands down the best place to stay in Ft Worth ! The property is wonderful and the Host is the very best ! If you donât stay here you are missing out !
The home is an older home but very charming! The location was perfect for what we needed! Julia the property manager was excellent to communicate with! We took walks in the surrounding neighborhoods daily and the area was just lovely!
This is a great home. Close to the Will Rogers complex. They have done a fantastic remodel! Everything worked well and it is a comfy and cute home. We will be back!
We were in town to take our daughter and her cousin on a TCU tour and to go to the Baylor/TCU football game. The house was perfect for our group. Super clean. Julia was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for dinner. Really nice neighborhood with beautiful homes - we enjoyed our morning walks!
We stayed at this property to attend a few nights of seeing a band at Dickies. The house was perfect as it is close enough to walk there as well as the museums in the cultural district. The street parking with the permit is great and we parked in the back overnight. We felt very safe walking in the area late at night.
The beds were comfortable the kitchen was great.
We have no complaints at all.
We would certainly stay here again!
Thank you for a great stay!
Perfect neighborhood for experiencing the culture of Fort Worth. Traveled with dog who loved the backyard and walking neighborhood. Cute house with nice wood-burning fireplace! Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise, which speaks to the ownersâ special details.
The hosts were excellent! They were very gracious and allowed us to stay in the house earlier than booked since there was availability. Their communication was excellent. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and it is an excellent, quiet location. Quiet and easily accessible to the Stockyards, TCU and downtown Fort Worth. The neighbor next door was very pleasant.
The neighborhood is filled with quaint, charming older homes. This does mean that part of the charm is that some of the homes show some wear due to their age. For example, a door handle may fall off or the nob on the shower to turn the temperature may actually be a bolt. ha! The kitchen was very nice and the bedrooms very nicely sized with nice furnishings. They have great sitting areas in the living room and a side room. It was very comfortable for 5 of us. The bathrooms could use an upgrade and the one in the master is very small. The sink is half sized. It was fine for what we needed though but just don't expect a luxurious spa like bathroom.
I would definitely stay again based on our experience with the host and the location!
The property was good. The house was comfortable. It was close to all of the activities we had planned. The master bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were particularly not comfortable and the master sink is so small that it made brushing teeth and washing your face a bit challenging. I left something at the house and had to go back after the cleaning crew was there. The cleaning crew literally lectured me for not doing a good job cleaning up the house before we left. Taking off sheets, starting the dish washer and taking out the trash. I missed those instructions and for that, I apologize but it was super unpleasant to end our stay with a lecture. We paid a lot for a cleaning fee and a non refundable deposit. I just don't think the lecture was necessary. Bummer.
We spent a long weekend here and it was great! House was even cuter than the pictures, very clean and great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone needed a home in Ft Worth.
