Welcome to Kiawah Bay 106. The cozy getaway is just across the street from the beach nestled along Brown's Bay. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo blends the comforts of home with an eclectic, beachy flare. You will find a king bed in the master bedroom and a full bed with a twin trundle in the guest bedroom, sleeping 4 comfortably. Kiawah Bay is located across the street and a quick .2 mile walk from the car-free, non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. This 2-story complex is perfect for water lovers, providing direct access to Brown's Bay and allowing guests to fish, kayak, and canoe. Hurricane Milton aftermath getaway

Had to get away from my home while clean up took place. Although the beach is very close to home, was nice not to have worry of my pup getting hurt or in the way of clearing up the mess.

Cute and Clean

Came to town to visit with family over the Christmas holiday. We were looking for a dog friendly place since we would have our pup with us. This little condo was great! It was very clean and felt very comfortable. It did take a few minutes to find as there is another unit with the same exact number, but in the building next door. There was a nice neighbor next door that helped direct us to the appropriate unit. We plan on staying here again during our next visit.

Property was exactly as pictures reflected. Beautiful unit and the property grounds are well-maintained. The mattresses were very comfortable which was nice, and all amenities were provided. There is a short walk to the beach, but it was a nice easy walk. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for friends/family. Cons: Property mentions beach access, but doesn’t tell you where it is. This also isn’t clearly posted on the main road so was very tricky to find out where and how to access beach. We were able to find a local that lived at the complex and they were able to provide directions for us since the management company didn’t provide any detail. There is also not a layout of the property or signs to show you where units are located. Took about 30 minutes to find the unit and when I called the after hours # they didn’t seem to know where the unit was either. After wandering the complex was finally able to locate the unit along the backside behind where the trash was. Would have been nice to know where the unit was upon arrival. Otherwise great stay and great location! Went during spring break and it was not busy at all!
