• The use of any type of Fireworks is prohibited. [City code section 12-43.2]
• Creating open fires is prohibited. [City code section 12-5]
• Creating noise/sound that can be heard inside any adjoining residence is prohibited. [City code section 23-69 through 23-71]
• All trash shall be placed in automated refuse receptacle where provided. [City code sections 31-26, 31-27 and 31-28]
• Having more than two people per bedroom in the home after 11:00 PM is prohibited. [Zoning Ordinance Section 241.2]

• No events with more than the permitted number of people who may stay overnight (number of bedrooms times two) shall be held at the Short Term Rental and the property on which it is located. This Short Term Rental may not request or obtain a special event permit under City Code Section 4-1 (8a). [Zoning Ordinance Section 221(g)] 1.
