Dean Marlin is a brand new beach home (be some of the very first guests), in Old Town, 1 block from all of the best eateries, shopping, live music and everything Port A has to offer guests looking for an inclusive beach experience in Port Aransas, TX.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

The grand exterior staircase pulls you right onto the beautiful balcony deck at Dean Marlin. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee as you'll have a front row seat to the sunrise and you'll feel the sea breeze coming off of the gulf.

There's no doubt the WOW factor for Dean Marlin is the floor to ceiling windows along with the gorgeous Marlin perched on the wall; this will certainly be your Insta-worthy snap shot for your social media.

Although everything in Dean Marlin is beautiful, it's extremely comfortable and convenient with an oversized sofa and large TV, a well stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking on vacation, and dining for 4.

Guests will be able to use the washer and dryer which makes clean up a breeze!

The 2 bedrooms both offer King Size Beds and you'll have 2 full bathrooms, 1 is private ensuite in a king bedroom while the other is a hallway bathroom.

Sneak out the back door and there is another balcony to catch a sunset view as well.

The great outdoor space is perfect for those who want to bring a grill, outdoor games and other beach gear to enjoy.

For those who want to enjoy a pool, we suggest contacting the City of Port Aransas for pool hours as they change seasonally.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
