Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing to return to Waters Edge for a second year! We’re thrilled to hear that you absolutely loved your stay and found the atmosphere relaxing and peaceful. It means so much to know that you enjoyed everything about your time here and that our staff helped make your vacation special. We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming you back for many more relaxing beach getaways!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful décor, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and furnishings. It sounds like you made great use of the kitchen, and we’re especially happy that everything you needed was provided. We also appreciate your feedback about the lanai furniture. We’ll certainly keep that in mind as we look for ways to make the outdoor space even more comfortable. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach, and security at Waters Edge as well. Most importantly, we’re delighted that you would absolutely stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, especially the balcony, spacious kitchen, and dining area. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the hallway light coming through the bedroom window. We understand how important a dark room can be for a good night’s sleep. The curtains and drapery in the condo are subject to HOA rules and regulations, which the owner is required to follow, so there are limitations on what we are permitted to install or change. We will check with the owner and the HOA to see what other curtain arrangements could assist with darkening the room at night. We appreciate your creative solution and your understanding. We’re happy that, despite this, you had a great stay and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear the property was exactly what you wanted and that you enjoyed the view and convenient location. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you so much for your great review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the condo and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciate your comments about the renovated unit, well-equipped kitchen, clean pool, elevators, and, of course, our amazing beach access! We also appreciate your honest feedback about the bathrooms and showers. While some aspects of the building reflect the character and age of a well-established beach resort, we’re glad you were able to enjoy the updated features of the condo itself. Most importantly, we’re thrilled to hear that you had no complaints and would return! We look forward to welcoming you back to Waters Edge for another beach getaway.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad you had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the beautiful condo, pool, hot tub, and beach access. We also appreciate you bringing the noise near the washer and dryer area and the master bathroom shower curtain liner to our attention. We understand how disruptive an unexpected noise can be when trying to sleep, and we’ll be sure to have these items looked into. Thank you again for staying with us and for your helpful feedback. We’re delighted that, overall, you had a wonderful stay, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing beach vacation!

Thanks for your review! We do apologize that the fitness center is not back open at this time. They do hope to have it open by November 1st. We hope you will visit with us again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo overall, but we're sorry to learn that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations upon arrival. We do wish you would have brought any issues to our attention after check-in so we could have tried to fix anything for you to make your stay more memorable. Your comments regarding the dishwasher filter and the kitchen surfaces have been shared with our housekeeping team so we can address these issues and improve our inspection process. We strive to provide every guest with a spotless property, and we appreciate you bringing these oversights to our attention. Regarding the pool wristbands, we understand the replacement fee can be frustrating. Unfortunately, this charge is set by the HOA, and we include this information in our guest materials to help avoid unexpected costs. We also understand your disappointment with the dredging project. While this was a temporary maintenance project beyond our control, we recognize that it impacted the view and overall experience during your stay. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again under better circumstances.

We do apologize for the inconvenience of the TV and Internet on the 1st day. You checked in around closing time the 1st of your 2-night visit with us. We have an emergency number to call on our front door and in your check in materials. We could have gotten you connected that 1st night had you called us being that you just needed to look on the modem to find the username and password to get connected to the internet. You didn't notify us until the next morning around 10am of any issues, and we addressed them immediately. You needed 1 remote replaced for the bedroom TV only. We offered some compensation for your 1-night loss of internet and tv from 8pm to 10am the next morning, but that didn't seem to be enough for you that you asked for a late checkout. We did accommodate a late checkout time that you took further advantage of an extra 30 minutes causing housekeeping to get off schedule waiting on you to vacate the condo. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding.

Thanks for your review of Water's Edge Resort. We agree that this is a very nicely updated and maintained condo at our resort. We are glad that you found everything you needed during your visit at the beach. We will double check the TV, but we thought that the spectrum app was on the tv for local channels if there is not a cable box. Thanks for the 5 stars, and we look forward to hosting you again soon!

Thank you so much for your continued loyalty to Water Edge Resort and for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We’re delighted to hear that your family enjoyed the unit and that it met your expectations — it’s always our goal to make your stay excellent every time you visit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the water issue. The building maintenance is working to fix this issue of small amounts of water under the flooring. We are not sure why you had trouble reaching the office. We send out all of our contact information (phone numbers, email, Facebook, etc) when you reserve your condo. We have regular office hours and emergency contact information on our office front door and voicemail if you reach us after hours. Always leave a message, and we promptly return phone calls. You can also reach us by email and Facebook messenger that is monitored after hours as well. Your kind words about our team and property mean a lot to us, and we truly value your ongoing support over the years. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back to Garden City soon!
