Spacious and modern 2 bedroom bungalow, freshly decorated, perfect for 4, close to Inverness city centre with free off road parking for 2 vehicles. Explore the rich history of Inverness and surrounding areas, with castles, beautiful scenery and Loch Ness all within a short driving distance of this charming home.
Situated in a quiet residential area just a 15 minute level walk to the city centre, you can easily immerse yourself in the thriving music scene and culture that our city has to offer. You will find plenty to keep you entertained with it’s large selection of bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Several supermarkets within a short walk and the Caledonian canal a leisurely 5 minute stroll.
The property comprises a relaxing lounge with 50” smart TV, two bedrooms with one bed in each room (one with a UK King (USA Queen) and one with a Double ( USA Full)) with plenty of storage, full size dining room, well equipped galley kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a large rainfall shower (no bath).
Outdoor dining set available on the large deck overlooking the grassed back garden.
Complimentary starter pack of coffee pods (TASSIMO), tea bags, sugar and milk pods also dishwasher tabs/laundry pods. All linens, towels, toilet roll, basic cleaning products and premium hand soaps will be provided.
Check in from 3pm and checkout by 11am, flexibity may be possible with prior arrangement.

Calum and Jessie were incredible hosts and the place was in pristine condition. The location was exactly as advertised and well within walking distance of everything you would want to explore in Inverness. They were also very responsive and very helpful with suggestions for activities and places to eat in and near town. Loved staying here and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this delightful cottage! The rooms were immaculate! The decor was lovely and everything looked brand-new. All the comforts of home were provided, and we didn't have to contact our hosts for anything, except a request for a late check-in, which they graciously granted. Inverness city centre was only a fifteen-minute walk, and after full days of sight-seeing, we enjoyed a good night's sleep in this quiet neighborhood in comfortable beds. Calum and Jesse were the perfect hosts. We would highly recommend staying in their lovely cottage in Inverness!

This is a fantastic place. Location is outstanding and it truly felt like being in a home and not in a VRBO. The washer was a huge bonus and we learned how to hang the wash on the line. The neighbors were so friendly and we would come back again in a heartbeat.

The home was lovely with everything you could need. Parking is off a busier street, so it does require backing in to make exiting easier—lovely living room area and bedrooms—great communication from the host.

If you’re looking for a great Highland home base, this bungalow in Inverness is perfect. The property was spotless, comfortable, and cozy, and the location made exploring the Highlands easy. The owner was also great with communication and made everything simple from start to finish.After long days visiting castles, lochs, and whisky stops, we loved coming back here each evening. It had everything we needed for a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Inverness and the Highlands.

Wow!! Perfect location, off street parking, absolutely fantastic home!! Easy walk to Inverness as well as local restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So comfortable and ample space for eating and hanging out! Aldi just a short walk from the house. Comfortable beds, hot shower, lovely little back deck for relaxing! Highly recommended and would stay again!

A perfect place for multiple day stay in Inverness. Everything exceeded our expectations. The sitting room was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and walking. The beds were good, one being firmer than the other. Town is an easy walk with many great pubs to try. Be sure to wander off the heavy tourist streets and checkout the nightly music scene. If you want to cook, the kitchen was a dream, everything you would need to cook with, even good sharp knives. The bathroom was amazing, roomy shower with great hot water and water pressure. The hosts were wonderful, easy to communicate with and let us know that since we were coming in on the overnight train and the property was free we could check in early. We were able to drop our bags and make a market run for food essentials. We loved our time and look forward to a return visit.

The property was exactly as shown, really clean, very nicely furnished and we really liked how well equipped the kitchen was. Great location away from the downtown area in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the downtown core. We had a great 5 night stay and would recommend it to anybody looking for a vacation rental in Inverness.

This was the most perfect stay of our entire trip. The house was in a great quiet area with easy walking distance to the supermarket and hiking as well as downtown. The hosts were extremely communicative and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Inverness.

Great jumping off point for Inverness

Nice, clean location to stay for Inverness area. Home is clean, cozy and convenient walking distance to town. Area is quiet, parking is perfect. Unexpected amenity was the back yard and patio for pleasant sit and chat.
