We were a little shocked by the location when we got there, it was not the best area in my opinion. The house was nice and a good price the tv went out on us the next day during a show and the host replaced it asap for us so that was really nice. The host was very quick to respond and help make our stay easy and nice. It does say it sleeps 8 but it only had 3 beds and could sleep 6. We thankfully brought a blowup mattress.
The apartment was okay for what we needed it for. I had three high school seniors with me to tour local colleges, so we basically just needed a place to crash and shower. PROS: Easy check-in, good communication, spacious, nicely decorated, although we didn't utilize the kitchen, the Keurig was nice to have to make coffee in the morning, the bathroom was clean and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The living room area was nice with the big couches and TV for the kids.CONS: The place could use a deep cleaning and had a dirty odor to it although it didn't look as dirty as it smelled. Not in the greatest neighborhood. There was one pillow per person and they were completely flat, so bring your own. There were no screens in the windows and giant bees kept flying in. There must've been a nest nearby. Missing locks on the windows. The thermostat didn't work. The furnace kept running even though we had shut the thermostat completely off, so we were HOT and had to open the windows in order to sleep at night, which was slightly unnerving not being comfortable with the neighborhood. Not a terrible place, but I think it could use some improvements.
Nice apartment, updated appliances, neat and clean. Road is a little noisy, but we’re used to country living. Good option for Bills games with a group. Easy check in. Could use some new bed pillows.
OMG It can be understood that cleanliness cannot be perfect, but seeing the bed and sheets with pubic hair and sperm stains was disgusting. I couldn't sleep in those beds.
Reasonable price. Close enough to Niagara Falls for a quick night trip to see the lights. Only concern (complaint) is the tight fit to get to the one toilet … tub wall corner and corner of the sink(on the opposite side) doesn’t allow a pregnant woman to pass freely. Fortunately she was able to stand on her tippy toes to pass.
The place felt unsettling, and the location wasn’t ideal. On our first night, we encountered a drunk person yelling profanity nearby. The second bedroom’s bed felt like it was caving in, and there was visible mold around the tub. That said, it did serve its basic purpose as a place to sleep for the night.
