The Victorian sur South Park • Dort 6

Thank you for staying with us!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the historic charm and original woodwork of our Victorian home. We understand that your stay coincided with an unusual heat wave, and we’re sorry the temperatures were not as comfortable as you had hoped. Our listing accurately discloses that the home is equipped with two window air conditioning units rather than central air, which is common in historic homes of this age. During your stay, we did not receive any messages regarding the temperature, and we would have been happy to discuss options or assist had we known you were uncomfortable. We also appreciate your comments regarding the floors. The home is professionally cleaned before every arrival, and we will review your feedback with our cleaning team to ensure our high standards are maintained. Our no-shoes policy is included in the house rules to help preserve the original hardwood floors and keep the home clean for all guests. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience while preserving the character of our historic home. We wish you safe travels in the future.

Thank you for your stay! We hope to host you again!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. I appreciate you taking the time to share these details—it’s helpful as I continue working to improve the space. The layout of the home is a bit unique, and I do my best to describe it accurately in the listing. I also appreciate your notes about the linens, kitchen items, and maintenance concerns. Just to note for future guests—if anything is missing or needed during a stay, such as extra linens or supplies, we’re always happy to provide them. A quick message is all it takes, and we’re glad to help make your stay more comfortable. In this case, we didn’t receive any requests during your visit, but we would have been more than happy to help if we had known. Thanks again for staying and for your honest feedback

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, especially traveling with a young child — I understand how important safety and comfort are in that situation. While many families with small children have stayed at our property without issue, I do appreciate that each family’s needs can vary. Regarding the radiators, they are standard and necessary for heating during colder months, but I understand your concern about child safety. We’ll explore additional ways to make the space more family-friendly where possible. As for the layout and proximity to neighboring businesses, those aspects are part of the urban setting and are unfortunately beyond our control — though we do our best to accurately represent them in the listing. We’re glad to hear that you found the place clean, check-in smooth, and communication responsive. Thank you again for your thoughts, and we wish you and your family the best in your future travels.
