We built this townhome to resemble a luxurious, contemporary home in Manhattan. The furniture and fixtures are new, unique, custom designed, luxurious, yet comfortable. We gave so much thought in designing and building a luxurious home that would be comfortable for our children, too. The master suite is unparalleled, with the best shower you will ever experience. The bunk room was custom built with twin xl beds. Upstairs is a third bedroom, a queen, while the bottom floor has another living area with large TV, desk, and ensuite bath. Huge TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, upstairs and downstairs guest rooms. The kitchen is of the highest quality with SubZ and Wolf appliances, and stocked with copper pans, sharp knifes, Nespresso maker, and all the tools a chef required. The home has two porches on main - a large covered porch overlooking downtown Greenville. The other porch is off the kitchen and is perfect for morning coffee. Hardwoods throughout, beautiful window treatments, elegant lighting, and speakers throughout make this home a very special place. Our elevator services all three levels. 30-day minimum stay.
