Arrowhead Lake is a gold-star community that is well-maintained, gated, and full of amenities. It has two lakes with four beaches, three outdoor heated pools which are open Memorial day through Labor day, multiple playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts, volleyball courts, and a lodge with a fitness center and game room.

PLEASE READ THE BELOW DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY.

Arrowhead Lake is a gated, private community full of amenities. Because of this, there are additional rental fees that we have no control over. Rather than charge you additional amenity fees after booking, we have wrapped these fees into the pricing seen here. Please be accurate when adding your guests as we must apply for your wrist bands and gate passes at least three days prior to your arrival.

We will cover the cost of one vehicle. Additional vehicles will be charged a one time $20 fee. As with guest passes, vehicle gate passes must be applied for at a minimum of three days prior to your arrival, or the office will not allow your vehicle to enter the community.

Absolutely no changes to the number of gate cards and guest passes can be made the day of your arrival.

Please be mindful that this is a neighborhood community. We have quiet neighbors on either side.

We Since we do not have curbside trash pickup, all trash must be brought to the trash center during and after your stay. Please never leave food or trash outside. Trust us! We had three baby bears snag a small trash bag we left outside one night. Oops!

We are a dog friendly rental. We have an air purifier and an excellent cleaner that goes above and beyond after our furry guests; however, if you have any allergies, it’s best to consider that when booking.

We also have a golf cart available to rent for $25/day. This does not need to be done ahead of time - you can decide during your stay if that is something you want to do and you can pay us then.

Please bring your own beach towels for use at the lakes and pools. If you are unable to bring your own for any reason, please reach out ahead of time and we can make arrangements for towels to be available for your use for a small fee which goes directly to our cleaner who brings the beach towels back to her own house to wash.

The pet fee is $50 per dog. You may not bring your dog without letting us know prior to your arrival. Violating this rule or bringing more dogs than what we discussed will incur a $150 fee.
