-This home is the lower half of a duplex occupying floors 1 and 2. Entrance is located on floor ground floor. Please be mindful of your upstairs neighbors!
-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does NOT offer AC. With ceiling fans and large patio doors and lots of windows that can be opened, there is a nice cross breeze that will help to keep the house cool
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
