Centrally located to all that Northern Michigan has to offer, home base is on Crystal Lake, just minutes to M22, the Pt. Betsie Lighthouse, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Frankfort, Beulah, Traverse City, Crystal Mountain skiing, and more.

The Space:

"The Nest" is your home away from home, offering a cozy and modern design, recently renovated and furnished for your comfort. This bilevel home features a spacious, open floor plan with plentiful natural light and spectacular lake views.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with plenty of storage and steps to primary bath (only bedroom on the main level, other three bedrooms are upstairs).
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed overlooking Crystal Lake, twin bunk beds with a trundle, Smart TV, and a loft play area.
Bedroom 3: King bed with stunning Crystal Lake views.
Bedroom 4: King bed with western views of Crystal Lake, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom

Bathrooms:

The home is equipped with 3 full bathrooms, so there’s no need to contend for space when you’re getting ready in the morning. Two full bathrooms on the main level and one full bathroom on the upper level.

Kitchen:

Kitchen is being completely renovated and currently under construction. Fully-stocked, culinary kitchen features large island with ample seating, banquette seating, coffee and tea station and a breakfast nook. Enjoy a cup of coffee with breath-taking lake views.

Dining Room:

Large 7’ farmhouse dining table for up to 8 guests, with additional seating for 2 at console table. Additional seating at kitchen table and island.

Living Room:

Relax in the living room with a wall of windows overlooking Crystal Lake, a Smart TV and fireplace. Many board games for memorable family evenings.

Outdoor Area:

Enjoy 100 feet of private Crystal Lake waterfront with a small sandy beach and dock (seasonal). Ample seating areas, including a double-chaise sun lounger, Adirondack chairs, dining table, barbecue grille, and fire pit. Water toys include 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, and a mooring ball for your boat (local boat rentals available). Crystal Lake is an all-sports lake.

Important Information:

Please note that this is a 2-story bilevel home with stairs to access living areas.
Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Kayaks, dock and water toys are seasonal only (usually from May to October depending on the weather)
