Whether you're soaking up the sun on the spacious PATIO, taking a dip in the HOT TUB, or exploring the hiking trails and mountains nearby, every moment spent here is pure PARADISE.
With plenty of room for everyone, this home is ideal for both families and large groups

Experience ultimate relaxation in a home crafted for tranquility, far from the cityâs bustle. Nestled in a secluded, secure area, this retreat is surrounded by the beauty of nature, offering breathtaking views and serene silence. Itâs the perfect escape to unwind in complete safety and reconnect with the peace and splendor of the outdoors.
Please note that the house is located in the tropics, an area with high humidity. We use dehumidifiers during each cleaning. If you would like to use them as well, please let us know. They are available for your use during your stay.
The house has space for 12 ppl only including infants. For any additional guest need a prior confirmation and additional fee required.
The House Rules
1. Check-In Time: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and request that you plan your arrival accordingly. Early check-in may be possible upon prior arrangement, subject to availability.
2. Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Kindly adhere to this check-out time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests. Late check-out may be accommodated if available; please inquire in advance.
3. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the vacation house is 12. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests.
4. Housekeeping: The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. We kindly request that you leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition upon check-out.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation house. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available, and we ask that you properly dispose of cigarette butts.
6. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless specific pet-friendly accommodations have been arranged in advance. Additional fees and policies may apply.
7. Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Please take care of the keys provided to you. Secure your valuable items and do not leave them in plain sight. The vacation house is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher for your safety.
8. Respect for the Property: Treat the vacation house with care and respect. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
9. Environmental Responsibility: Help conserve resources by turning off all lights and electric devices when leaving the house. Also, be mindful of water and electricity use.
10. Electronic devices: Please turn all devices off and return all remote controls to their designated places when not in use.

14. Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden inside the home or so close that the odor of smoke is detected inside. if the smell of smoke is detected, a penalty of $2,000 will be assessed, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
15. The owner reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s) for any reason.
16. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
17. By county ordinance, all vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and not on the street. guests can enjoy the garage and a long driveway.
18. Please note that we conduct insect treatments every month. However, since the house is located in a natural area, occasional visits from pests are possible. We kindly ask you to promptly clean up crumbs and any food that might attract them to minimize these visits.

Remember to turn the AC off and return the remotes to the drawer when youâre done using it.
The Hot Tub is available for use. To get started, follow these steps:

2. Plug in the hot tub using the provided plug.
3. Once itâs plugged in, find the buttoner on the plug and press it to pow up the tub.
4. Additionally, use the control board to set the mode to your preference.
5. Remember to turn it fully off and unplug aerusing for safety and energy conservation.
6. We kindly request that you shower off all sunscreens, body lotions, and other products before using our hot tubs or pool. Additionally, please refrain from using any scents or soaps in the tubs, as this will require a complete draining and replacement of filters, resulting in a $100 charge from your security deposit.
