Mountain retreat w/ awesome view

This home feels like stepping into a magazine. No two spaces are designed the same, yet the home offers a cohesive, beautiful space.  

The kitchen is perfect for bringing everyone together. There is a coffee pot, keurig, and french press for all your caffeine needs.  The french door fridge has filtered water and a built in ice maker, however there is an under counter ice maker as well!  The massive island has seating for 6. Opposite the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 12. 

There are three main living areas, one on each floor.  Guests can log into streaming services to catch up on shows.  The main living area has two seating areas and a gas fireplace with a generous hearth perfect for cozying up after a long day.

The top living area features a library flanking a modern gas fireplace and large TV.  Off this area is a large bathroom with double vanity and extra makeup space. Indulge in the spa-like shower with therapeutic pebble floor and bench for taking in the steam.

The bottom living area is the perfect space for all ages. With several board games and a pool table,  this space is sure to bring the family together! This area walks out to a bottom patio with a luxury 7 person hot tub. Jumbo Jenga, corn hole, ladder golf, and lawn darts are also available.




THE BEDROOMS

A book-lover's delight! Each room is uniquely decorated to pay homage to a classic book. Each room has a AC/heat unit that is controlled with a remote.  This allows each guest to have their room at the perfect temperature!



The Great Gatsby

Located on the main floor, this swinging 20s room features a full sized bed, blackout curtains, exquisite feather chandelier, closet, and en suite bath with a stand up shower.  The bed has a pillow top mattress, 100% cotton sheets, soft velvet comforter, faux fur throw, and four different pillows ranging from soft to firm.  This room also has a small desk for those who need to get a little work done or somewhere to spread out the makeup. 


Treasure Island

Welcome to the jungle. Located off the dining room on the main floor, this room features an en suite bath with tub/shower combo, velvet black out curtains, and exotic jungle decor.  French doors open to a private balcony with two chairs perfect for that quiet cup of coffee in the morning or to let the mountain air in.  The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, faux fur throw, and four pillows ranging from soft to firm.  


On the Road

This room is located on the 2nd floor facing the front of the house. This masculine room features a curated, Americana decor.  The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, and for pillows ranging from soft to firm.  There is a desk in the corner for those who need to log some office hours. Two wall sconces flank either side of the bed and are controlled by a wall switch or individually. 


The Dutch House

Located on the 2nd floor down the hall from the On the Road room, this room's decor is a gentle nod towards Ann Patchett's The Dutch House.  A full wall of windows offering a breathtaking view of Hot Springs.  Cozy up on the papasan chair and take is the sights! The queen sized bed boosts a memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, and four pillows ranging from soft to firm.  


Harry Potter

Step into the wizarding world! With design details like an antique wardrobe, potion bottles, spell books, and faux fireplace, you'll feel like you've rented a room at the Leaky Cauldron.

This room is located on the top floor and offers one of the best views in the house with floor to ceiling windows looking out on the top deck and valley beyond.  There are blackout curtains when you are finished taking in the city lights. This room connects to the master bedroom to allow access to the deck.  The queen sized bed has a luxurious velvet headboard, 100% cotton sheets, extra throw blanket, and four pillows ranging from soft to firm.


History of Hot Springs (Master)

This room is a nod to the intriguing history of Hot Springs.  Offering floor to ceiling windows, this room has direct access to the top deck overlooking the valley.  It is truly a breathtaking view!  Design features include historic photos and a tiffany style light fixture reminiscent of the stained glass windowed ceilings of the bathhouses. 

The California king sized bed has a nectar memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets, and 4 pillows ranging in firmness

The master bath has a double vanity, luxurious shower, and large jetted tub looking out onto the valley.


Alice in Wonderland 

This is a kids dream spot! Located on the bottom floor off the family friendly living area, this room has 3 bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, and one day bed with trundle sleeping a total of 8 kiddos. Even though this is primarily a kids space, no details were overlooked.  Two tall dressers provide a drawer for each guest and a shoe cubby to help keep things organized.  Each sleeping space is numbered to correspond to a numbered hook in the bathroom to keep towels organized.  Each lamp is touch activated and has outlets and USB outlets to keep all their devices charged.  Bottom bunks have a nightstand while top bunks have a hanging basket for all the things. There is also a kids only hang out space in the bunk room with various types of seating and kids books.
