I truly appreciate you pointing out the minor issues you noticed during your stay, such as the drywall, sink leak, and screen damage. These are things we definitely aim to stay on top of, and I’ve already scheduled maintenance to address them promptly. Regarding the pool hours—I understand your disappointment. The pool area is managed by the community association, and the dusk-to-dawn closure is a rule they enforce for safety and liability reasons. Unfortunately, this is something we don’t have control over, but I’ll be sure to clarify that in our listing going forward to help set better expectations. We always want our guests to feel that the value matches the experience, so I do apologize that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding the gate access, we completely understand how frustrating that can feel during busy traffic times. The gate and guard station are managed by the association, not individually by us, but I will certainly pass along your comments to them. Safety is extremely important to us. The stairway meets current building standards; however, I appreciate you mentioning your concern and will review it again to see if any improvements can be made. We provide an ample supply of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, which are stored in the hallway closets for guest use. I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear during your stay. In addition, we’re always happy to bring additional items when requested. The same applies to trash bags and any other supplies — we have a 24/7 handyman and support team available, and we encourage guests to contact us immediately if anything is not fully satisfactory so we can correct it right away. The ice dispenser issue was not reported during your visit, but had we known, we would have sent someone promptly to take care of it. We will have it checked to ensure it is functioning properly. The disposal switch remains from a previous configuration; the disposal was removed to prevent recurring plumbing clogs caused by improper items being put down the drain. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Your feedback is very important to us. We're sorry to hear that the mattresses didn't meet your expectations. We understand that comfort preferences can vary, and we're constantly working to improve the guest experience. We are replacing the Kind Bed Mattress, Box Spring and frame in the Master Bedroom on Saturday November 23, 2024. All the other mattresses are 1 year old. We are also replacing the pillows this weekend and repaired the toilet. The couch will be replaced in December 2024. Again, thank you for your time to comment.

Thank you for your review. Our handyman went to the unit (within 10 minutes of the phone call) and found the toilet so backed up he had to snake it out. There was excessive toilet paper that he found which stopped up the bathtub also. This was guest induced plumbing issues. Guest had more people in the unit than what she booked (booked 8 guests total) and had at least 12 people in the unit. The security guard was questioning the excessive number of people and she still got through the gate somehow. This unit is not allowed to have more than 8 guests and 2 cars. She had 12 and 3 cars.
