Welcome to the Canyonview Studio Suite, a cozy and fully furnished retreat in the heart of San Diego! Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this charming studio on the lower level of our Canyonview Craftsman offers breathtaking canyon views, a motorized work desk, and easy access to all things San Diego.

▪️ We offer an infant/child package with items like a high chair, travel crib, and more. DM to reserve!

▪️ Walkable to Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, and local coffee shops with nearby parks and beaches. Our neighborhood is both peaceful and central. Biking and scootering are easy with rental options nearby.

▪️ Shared carport with EV charger and free street parking – No restrictions for convenient parking
▪️ EV Charging (Level 2): Feel free to charge your car on NON-PEAK hours only (11 pm-7 am), and we will just charge you whatever kilowatt hrs you use.
▪️ Please note: EVs have priority in the carport parking spot
🛡️ SECURITY & SAFETY
▪️ Safety Features – 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras, occupancy sensors, and decibel monitoring.
🚌 TRANSPORTATION
▪️ Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby!
📞 I am right next door and can help with anything that's needed, 24/7, only a phone call or message away. I love to meet my guests in person if possible, and show them around my beautiful home.
📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
▪️ Stairs and terraces abound (please supervise children and always use provided handrails).
📌 This listing is for the lower level of our Canyonview Craftsman. Check our profile for options to book the full 3-bedroom home or the 2-bedroom upper level separately.

▪️ Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m.
▪️ NO parties allowed.
▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed.
▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge.
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ PET POLICY: Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. We love pets, but please keep them off the beds, comforters, and sofas. An extra cleaning fee will be added if we need to deep clean these areas or if towels, bedding, carpets, etc., are stained/chewed up. We have provided a vacuum or broom, and a dustpan just in case you need them for any spills or excessive pet hair (PLEASE unclog the vacuum if your pet hair clogs it up). Undeclared pets (ESAs included) will be charged $200 per pet.
▪️ Please do not disturb the upstairs guests at the main entrance, as it is a separate listing.
▪️ EV CHARGING: PEAK HOURS (7 am to 11 pm) will be the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use.
