Belle Sea Trail Golf Villa - Près de la plage

Notre appartement de deux chambres, deux salles de bain, le premier étage de villa est une maison loin de la maison. Il est assis sur le fairway 10e sur la Willard Byrd Golf Course à Sea Trail Golf Resort. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur la véranda et regarder les golfeurs tee off and putt. Le lever du soleil depuis le porche est absolument charmant et fait toute votre journée heureuse quand vous le voyez. Les champions sont les seules unités à Trail Sea Resort d'avoir leur propre piscine, qui est à quelques pas devant la porte.

La villa, avec son plan d'étage unique a suffisamment d'espace que tout le monde peut avoir leur temps privé. La partie principale a la chambre des maîtres avec télévision, salle de bain complète, cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon / salle à manger avec télévision. La deuxième chambre est une suite en elle-même avec deux lits doubles, salle de bains, kitchenette (W / grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et évier), et un coin salon avec la télévision.

Everything you could possibly need

The property was as listed and very well appointed. Kitchen, bathroom and pantry closets and drawers were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay without multiple trips to stores to get little things we needed.Check in process was seamless and communication with owner and cleaning service was very good. It was a positive to actually deal with an owner and not just a property management company.

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Great location close to golf and restaurants. The private pool was great and much less crowded than the bigger resort pool. We would highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back.

Golf trip

Very nice place and great location. We were a litte disappointed that a condo in a golf resort did not have the Golf Channel on the tv. We were two 75 year olds playing golf with two local friends.

Enjoyed our stay

This beautiful condo had all the comforts of home. Very clean and kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable and linens were of very good quality. Mini suite was perfect for our friends - shared mealtime and daytime activities with complete privacy at night. Contacting manager and owner was easy with very prompt return calls. Most meals were at Calabash, where seafood is always delicious. Would definitely recommend this condo and will rent again when we vacation on Sunset Beach.

A Perfect Stay

Everything we Needed!

Daughter was getting married on the beach needed accommodations for 81 yr old grandma on ground level! 100% satisfied our needs! When we arrived it was like walking into a totally set up home every thing we needed to provide a wedding dinner! If I forgot it the villa had it! We throughly enjoyed our our stay!

Great property

My family loved staying at this Sea Trail Villa. There are so many nice things to mention. The cleanliness, the comfortable mattresses, the convenient location and the pool. The most remarkable thing that I wish all rental properties would learn is that that there were two empty shelves in the pantry! A place to put our groceries so we could use the counter to cook! The attention to detail in providing useful items was much appreciated.

Wonderful Stay

We've stayed in several condos at SeaTrail over the years, and this condo was the best. We were there for the month of March 2024. Lots of room for visiting friends: beds were comfortable. We loved the well equipped kitchen since we were self-catering. Karen was available if we had any problems or questions.

Nice condo

Condo was nice and had everything that you would ever need. However, all the beds need to be replaced. In the master bedroom in the main villa had a spring in the bed and you ended up sloped down in the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable and in the villa suite both beds had springs in the middle of the bed coming up and I wasn't able to get a completes nights rest. Other than that a nice place to stay.

Our family started vacationing at Sunset Beach in 1976. It is an annual family tradition that has grown over the years as the family expanded. My parents bought a lot in Sea Trail and retired to the community from Virginia. After years of living in Charlotte, NC we moved to Denver, CO. We purchased our condo in the Champions so we could spend more time at Sunset Beach with our families. Thanks to a more flexible work environment today we are able to enjoy the condo more and work remotely here on a regular basis.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The condo is truly our home away from home and we take great pride in it's furnishings, supplies and comforts. We have our Property Manager in Sea Trail and our excellent private cleaner does an outstanding job (see all the review comments). We are continuously making updates to the unit. The location, amenities and price make our unit a great choice for your vacation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The layout is ideal for golfers, girls weekends or family time. The setup allows for enjoying time together or having private spaces. The unit is large and spacious at 1262 sq ft. We have all the supplies you need for a long weekend or a months long rental.
