The spacious kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream with high-end appliances and granite counters that is surely to become the main gathering area while entertaining. Over in the dining room, you will be able to set out a large feast for those holiday dinners on the main table as well as having an additional table and chairs for the little ones. In the living room, you and your guests will enjoy the comfort of the high-end sofa and barrel chairs while taking in a movie or sporting event on the massive 83-inch Sony TV. For those who want to accept a challenge, there is a new shuffleboard table and foosball table that will bring excitement to everyone. Off the kitchen and laundry room, you will find a nice office with a beautiful desk to work at helping to keep your business in check while you are away. The back yard offers a large hot tub and deck with a Kamado BBQ for those beautiful Tahoe days. There is also a large play set in the back yard for the little ones to get their energy out. When you first arrive, you will be happy to see the level driveway with just a few steps into the home. The garage features an EV charging station, so you will not need to worry about where to plug in during your stay. If you're up for a small hike, take a stroll over to the private beach just a couple of minutes away, or you can take the US Forest trail to the famous Zephyr Cove Beach about ¾ of a mile walking distance from the front door, for a great lunch or dinner at the Zephyr Cove Marina Lodge.
