We had a great stay at this location! Place was clean, well stocked and spacious. The owner reached out via text prior to our arrival and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
Juan was very communicative for location, check-in, stay amenities, recommendations and check out. The apartment is great, very modern, clean, close to downtown, and well stocked with every day essentials and dishware. We enjoyed our time there and would book again if back in the area
Everything was great. The apartment was clean and as described. We were comfortable and it was a convenient location for our itinerary. Would consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.
Nice open layout, walkable to breakfast and restaurants/bars. Parking is steps from the entrance. Had a nice time and wouldn't think twice about booking it again.
Juan saved the day for us when we had a cancellation to our other accommodations at short notice. The place was spotless. So easy to communicate with and very responsive.
Beautiful place with everything you could need! Has parking, a very spacious common area, and spotless bathrooms. There are businesses in the same building and the one of them was fairly noisy until late into the night, but the noise could only be heard when in the family room, not the bedrooms. The unit itself was perfect for our weekend trip and Juan was a very responsive and accommodating host!
The property was immaculately clean. It was perfect for our family of four and one grandparent. The apartment was bright, spacious, and conveniently located to downtown Louisville. The neighborhood (Butchertown) was very quaint and seemed safe. The Uber to and from the apartment was about $8 each way.
This is a beautiful apartment with lots of âextrasâ. High end kitchen appliances and fully stocked, we cooked all of our meals. Large closets in each room and comfortable beds. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. Sky lights and large windows. Nice area of town, we walked and rode bikes around the neighborhood.
This apartment was so spacious and perfect for our family getaway! It comfortably fit my husband and I, my parents, and our 2 children under 2. If you are a parent of small children, you know how hard travel can be - and this apartment gave everyone their own space so naptime and bedtime were a breeze! They even included a baby gate so we could block off the stairs. Having not been to the area before, I appreciated Juan's welcome packet that helped us pick some fun activities and local resturants to try.
It was a great stay! Juan is a great communicator and we were all so happy with the spaciousness of the apartment and aesthetics. One thing that wouldâve been helpful to know before our stay is that the driveway is difficult to get into if
you have a car (not like a truck/big vehicle) this is a big gap between the driveway and the road and we came in at night and scraped our entire bottom of our car. So definitely be careful when pulling in, especially at night!
My family and I loved the location. It was just a short $8.00 Uber from the Riverfront park and several bars and restaurants. The unit was exactly what was pictured and stocked with all the towels, blankets and kitchen supplies we needed. Communication which the host was fluid and prompt when we reached out. We will definitely be back in the future.
We stayed at the property with my in laws, my husband, my 10 year old son and our dog. It was the perfect amount of space and a great location. Everything was clean and neat. There was some construction going on but the hours of the construction were very respectful (not too early or late). The fenced in yard was super convenient with our dog. Beds were very comfortable. It was awesome to have a reserved parking spot thoguh the bump to get into the spot was a little tricky with a larger vehicle and not a ton of space. Overall we had a great trip!
This property was a perfect place to stay while we were in Louisville visiting family for Thanksgiving. We loved the shops, breweries, and restaurants in the Butchertown neighborhood of Louisville. We were close to all attractions and many bourbon distilleries. The home was very comfortable and clean.
