Midtown Escape - located in the heart of Graham, Texas

Newly remodeled with a modern look & feel. Perfect for a family getaway or to host multi families and friends. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from downtown. We are located 15 miles North of Possum Kingdom Lake and 90 miles West of Ft. Worth.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. (3 king size beds and a queen size air mattress)The living room, kitchen and dining room are open concept, with easy access to the outdoor patio.

The living room has a 60” smart TV connected to internet, with all the apps you need to stream all your favorite shows and movies.

The kitchen is open to the dining room with plenty of space for all of your guests or to host small events like birthday parties and showers.

Two of the bedrooms share a Jack & Jill full bath and the master bedroom has its own full bath. Both bath rooms have tub and shower, towels and toiletries are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking necessities. The coffee pot is a dual Keurig & Drip, coffee grounds and fliers are provided.

The backyard is spacious and offers a patio table with an umbrella and a BBQ grill.

The driveway will accommodate 2-3 vehicles and has a small carport.

Midtown Escape has a strict NO PET POLICY, and you will be required to provide certification for any service animals.
