For the health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival.

The spacious living room has a large sectional sofa, two chairs and a 50" Roku TV. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts. There are two large bedrooms that each have King size beds. An additional bedroom has twin-over-full bunks (weight limit of 175lbs on top bunk). The bathroom has a shower/tub with soap, shampoo and body wash provided.

The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. We have pots, pans and utensils, a fully stocked kitchen. Keurig coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea pods provided. French press coffee maker available for use. Full size washer and dryer.

Covered 5 person hot tub located on the private deck in backyard!

There is a full size BBQ Grill with outdoor cooking utensils.

The outdoor firepit area includes adirondack chairs. Smores sticks provided. Solar lights line the outdoor area. Cornhole game available for use.

We are dog friendly for a $35 pet fee. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles. Check-in instructions, address, Wifi password and Wifi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guests arrival. Check out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.

Residential neighborhood with private lake/park access

Periodic power and internet outages do occur in this area. We have flashlights for your use. The woodstove will keep you warm during this time as it runs on propane. We do not provide refunds for outages that are outside of our control.

Cell phone service is spotty although Verizon seems to work well. Please enable Wifi calling to achieve the best calling option.

We recommend purchasing supplies prior to your arrival, as the nearest grocery store has only the basic supplies, beer and wine. Firewood can be purchased at the general store or the firewood vending machine outside of Jacob’s Barber. PLEASE NOTE: it is the guest’s responsibility to check if fires are allowed during their stay. Ashford is home to many expedition outfitters. It also has a few restaurants, an art gallery, and a small general store.
Pet Rules:
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There is a pet fee applied after booking. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Sorry, no cats or other pets are allowed.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub/shower. Bag trash and put in garbage can. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 68 degrees.
