This peaceful vacation rental is set within 20 miles of several local attractions including Vogel State Park, Helton Creek Falls, Woody Gap, and the Cottage Vineyard & Winery.

This home provides a wonderful respite after days spent hiking or fishing, offering a furnished deck, an open and airy living space with a soaring ceiling, TV, and a gas fireplace to snuggle up around on chilly winter nights. You'll also find a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a pub-height table for mealtimes or family game nights.

During your visit, enjoy access to a wide variety of shared amenities including a large covered and furnished deck with an outdoor gas fireplace, two firepits, and a fun-filled, lower-level game room with classic arcade games, vending machines, a TV, full-size pool table, virtual reality area, ice machine, and poker table.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
