It’s a very nice little cabin in the secluded woods. It’s right against the white river but there’s no good access to the water. We still had a great time fishing just up the road and would definitely stay again.

It is a great place to fish the White River. You're right, the bank in front of the cabin is a little awkward, but fortunately there are lots of places to fish and the boat ramp and dock with fishing boats to rent are just down the road. Hope to see you again!

Very well maintained home. Beautiful view of White River. Only draw back is you have to get out every time to put the code in to get the key to unlock the gate. Other than that very peaceful, quite, and secluded home for a weekend getaway.

This cottage made the perfect getaway for our anniversary. We were very impressed with how clean everything was and how well stocked the place was. This is a very peaceful and quiet place, and the riverview was mezmerizing.The faucet water had a slight mineral taste so if you are used to filtered water you may want to bring a jug for drinking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to put the brakes on life for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay! The instructions on how to get onto the property were very clear, and everything was clean and cozy. The host provided basic essentials like oil and spices, which was a nice touch. The house is close to the water, and we loved being able to fish right there. Overall, a great experience — we truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect cabin for fishing on the White River! It is so close to the boat ramp and Main Street yet feels secluded at the same time. It was very relaxing sitting on the back porch watching the fog roll in every evening. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and furnished well. We highly recommend this cabin and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay, the peace and quiet were priceless. There were only 2 things that were disappointing, but fortunately we were prepared. The water was awful and didn’t smell good, we brought our own well water from home to drink but taking a shower was a stinky experience. The bed was so comfy that I’m convinced we need a memory foam bed. The couch was very uncomfortable and very hard. While a few things were not so perfect and I hate even commenting because all in all we would go back and stay again because all the pros far exceed the cons.

We’re so sorry that you had problems with the water while you were at the cabin. We discovered after you left that there was a water leak from a pipe in the crawl space. It has been repaired and the stinky water should no longer be a problem. Thank you for staying with us!

Perfect, Peaceful and Pristine

If seclusion and relaxation is what you are looking for then this cabin is for you. The view of the river is picturesque and a relaxing backdrop to enjoy a good book and a strong cup of coffee on the porch. We will be adding this destination to our favs!

A very nice property with a view of the river and in a great location. It was more than enough for 3 guys to do some fishing and right by the boat dock for boat rental and guide services. It was down a road with a locked gate which was both an advantage and disadvantage. Had to lock and unlock gate but the property was quiet and there was zero traffic noise and no foot traffic. The kitchen had everything we needed although we ate out for lunches/dinners, the beds were reasonably comfortable, and the place was clean and had a nice sitting area outside. I would stay again.
