Absolutely the Best! If we could give a higher rating they would get it! Beautiful property, the most hospitable hosts happy to share their views and stories! It’s a bit of a drive but well worth it! Thank you Mike and Sherry!

We had a great stay at the Cove Cabin! The cabin itself is stocked and ready for your weekend away. It’s very secluded. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures, but the pictures really don’t do it justice! The hosts are fantastic. Not overbearing but nearby in the case you need anything at all. We really liked that they take security seriously as well. We really enjoyed the use of the UTV, kayaks, and paddle boards. The views and the wildlife are something you just have to see in person. We definitely plan to return!

I had booked this cabin versus one of the other on the property as we thought our daughter and grandson would be with us. It ended up being just my husband and I only. We had a wonderful relaxing time while there. If there are just 2 of you, id definitely recommend the overlook cabin for its fantastic lake view. Property owners were great. It was very quiet and out of the way, which is precisely what we were after. Pay very close attention to the directions the hosts message you with and follow those! I knew to expect about 4 miles of dirt and gravel road, but Google maps would have taken us down a much longer dirt road. When we arrived, we found the hosts had left us an awesome gift basket of goodies and had a bottle of wine and glasses chilling in the fridge!

We were so excited to go check out Sunset Cove and it did not disappoint! It was off the beaten path but the rock road that you drive in on was not bad at all. It's a gated property that I'm sure helps to keep random people from driving through and increases your privacy. The cabin was spotless and had all of the comforts of home and then some! Mike and Sherry have truly thought of everything. They were even so thoughtful to leave us a basket of goodies and a bottle of bubbly with chilled glasses in the fridge. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and plenty of seating options inside and out. The large front porch felt like an extension of the cabin and was where we spent most of our time relaxing. Having a hot tub right there on the porch was fantastic! And the view was amazing from morning to sunset!! We even saw the eagles a few times along with deer, turkeys and the two sweet pups who came by to say hi. They have a beautiful new pool that was still warm enough for a quick dip and we enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the lake. The peace and quiet there is good for the soul and we can't wait to go back!

We can only see the rating and we can’t see the feedback. We try our best to go above and beyond for our guests as you know we took good care of all your guests with the tent and extra people, not charging, and welcoming all of you. Ratings affect us severely and we are curious on what it was that caused you to rate us with a low score? What can we do better to help us in the future so it doesn’t impact our business. We definitely will work on whatever it was that disappointed you with our place. Thank you again.
