** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.
** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.
Welcome to The Mountain Place Log Cabin! Your family will enjoy staying in this 3-story, 2++ bedroom, 1œ-bath true log cabin. Situated in a quiet and peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac, the first floor features an open floor plan with two sets of standard-sized bunk beds. Thereâs also a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided) and a foosball table, a study with a desk (for those who have work to do), plus a laundry room with a stack washer and dryer, an adjacent sauna, and a handy shower. Ascending the staircase to the main floor reveals an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and an island cook station. The dining area includes a large dining table seating up to eight people. The living area features a comfy sectional couch, an old-fashioned wood stove, a flat-screen monitor, and a door leading to a wraparound balconyâŠperfect for sipping your favorite beverage while enjoying natureâs splendor. Thereâs also a œ-bath and back door access to the balcony, with a pizza oven refurbishment on the back deck. It is currently inoperable but will be operational next summer! Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals an open loft with a queen-sized bed, a very nice full bath with an old-fashioned claw foot tub/shower combo, and a large master bedroom with 1-king-sized bed. Equipped with Starlink service, thereâs no wimpy Wi-Fi here! This rustic, pet-friendly (Due to extreme allergies, Cats are NOT permitted at this cabin family vacation property) (2-pet maximum - No Exceptions) will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their inviteeâs actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
