Our condo in SAINT TROPEZ is right across the street from the Movie Colony and is a six-minute walk to downtown's Indian Canyon! The Casino and Convention Centre are just around the corner. The unit can come furnished for immediate enjoyment. The TWO-CAR GARAGE is a must for some! Being a single-story end unit, it is much brighter and with no noise from above or the end side. Single stories, we find, are so much easier on our old bones, if you know what I mean. After sitting empty for eight years, we set out to TOTALLY renovate the unit. It was a long and hard task but very gratifying. It comes with two patios: a huge one facing South with a beautiful big bright-orange awning and another facing North looking out to a peaceful treed grassy knoll. Perfect place to relax as you tend to your steak, cooking on the barbecue beside you. You are renting a high-end unit, in a high-end complex, in a high-end part of Palm Springs!
