This luxury apartment has it all with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 42" soft close cabinets, island with 4 barstools, 9' ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring in main living areas, ceiling fans, fully electric A/C and heat, and a washer and dryer. The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom with luxury spa shower. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and dedicated work space. Enjoy evening drinks on your private balcony with additional storage space, overlooking Ute Valley Park. The outdoor entusiast will love this location with Ute Valley Park only .4 miles from back door, Mountain Shadows Open Space only 600 ft from front door, and the famous Garden of the Gods Park not even 3 miles away. Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Property provides everything needed:towels, tp, detergents, coffee. Comfy beds and furniture. Great location near Garden of Gods and Manitou. Would happily stay there again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and a great location while we visited friends in the area. It's super close to Garden of the Gods, which is spectacular. There was everything supplied that we needed. Would definitely book again if we return.

Great location and very clean. Although we weren’t provided with the apt number the agency was very responsive and all worked out well. Note that this is on the 3 floor and there is no elevator. WiFi was excellent for remote work and it’s nice that a desk is provided. The apt is on the front of the building so it can be noisy when sitting on the balcony or leaving the sliders open. Great place for the price! We would stay there again.

We love sitting on our patio in the evening and overlooking Mountain Shadows Open Space.

Proximity to Major Attractions and Natural Beauty:

The coveted West side of Colorado Springs offers the serenity of nature as it is surrounded by stunning parks including the famous Garden of the Gods, the versatile Ute Valley Park and beautiful Blodget Peak, to name a few. Nature lovers will be delighted to know that these parks are less than 5 minutes away and Ute Valley Park is less than .4 miles away from your front door! Our favorite park to visit is Ute Valley Park because you will see bikers, hikers, climbers, and runners all in one park! Mountain Shadows Open Space backs up to the Villas at Mountain Shadows' neighborhood. We enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the Open Space, taking leisurely walks with our dogs through the Open Space, and going for a morning job to start our day on the right foot.

We’ve also chosen this neighborhood because of its reputation for safety and convenience. You can explore the area with peace of mind and essential amenities are a short distance away on Vindicator, and Garden of the Gods road.
