Oasis with Pool and Hot Tub ~ Mt Helix/La Mesa

About this space:
This peaceful 2 bedroom oasis is nestled at the base of iconic Mt. Helix, 13 minutes from downtown San Diego. Spend your days exploring SD neighborhoods and beaches, then return to this oasis to watch the sunset, relax in the pool & hot tub or sit around the fire pit from your private back yard.
This is a lovely downstairs unit. The upstairs residence has a completely separate entrance on the opposite side of the property. Remote-work friendly, WiFi, Smart TV, desk and fully equipped kitchen.

The space:
This is a lovely oasis-like space to stay. You will enter through a gate, walk down a beautifully landscaped path through the backyard, and enter the two bedroom, one bath sanctuary through your own private entrance.

Your kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, contemporary induction cooktop, counter-top oven with air-fryer, toaster and other baking options, coffee and tea makers, all cookware and utensils, and complimentary coffee and tea.

Both bedrooms have a warm, inviting, serene feel, with comfortable queen beds; one also has a piano for your enjoyment.

The living room includes a welcoming sitting area, a smart Roku TV that allows you to sign in to your favorite streaming apps, and a desk and chair. WiFi is accessible in all rooms.

The bathroom features two sinks, one in the bathroom itself, and another in an antechamber that offers you a separate area for getting ready.

Guest access:
You will have access to an outdoor dining table and various sitting areas including a fire pit. The hot tub and pool is available for your use between 8:30 AM and 11:00 PM each day. For heating the hot tub, you will simply message your host ahead of time, letting them know what time of day you would like to enjoy a relaxing soak, so that we may pre-heat it remotely for you. The pool rests at a wonderful 82 degrees around the clock; there’s no need to message your host before swimming in the pool.

We do require prior reviews for all bookings.

Note that there is a pool and hot tub in the backyard of your Vrbo haven. While we adore children, this listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12, as the open pool poses safety concerns and requires extra care.

We do not allow any other guests on property that are not listed on your reservation, without prior approval.

We also love animals, however, we generally aren’t able to host dogs that may be aggressive or startling to smaller animals.
