Welcome to 2519 Windsor. This gorgeous oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is perfect for your next getaway.

Experience the ultimate beachfront retreat in this stunning 3-bedroom villa on Hilton Head Island. Located on the top floor, you'll enjoy breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sounds of the tides.

The villa features two pools for your relaxation and enjoyment. Whether you're lounging on the balcony or taking a dip in the pool, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of Hilton Head Island. The kitchen has been remodeled and features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances with bar seating for two. Featuring three dining areas: a high-top with seating for two that doubles as a work station; an outdoor table for up to six under cover on the balcony; and the main dining table seats eight. All dining options offer a lovely view of the ocean. In the living room, you will find nicely appointed, cozy furniture. Perfect for sitting back and taking in the views.

Each of the two oceanfront suites feature amazing views, a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, access to a balcony, and a large private primary bathroom with tub and shower. The third bedroom features a bunk bed that is a double bed with a twin on top and a twin trundle, adjacent to the third bathroom with shower. To keep your towels dry and beach-ready, a laundry room with brand new oversized washer and dryer is located across the hall from the kitchen.

This 3 bedroom unit is lovely. Located in Palmetto Dunes which is immaculate. The beach is just a short walk - very easy! Management company is very nice and communicates well. Thank you!

It was very clean and included thoughtful items like laundry baskets and a vacuum, which are rare in rentals! Having a lovely ocean view was wonderful for meals on the balcony. The location is very convenient and the beach was quiet relative to surrounding areas. The zero-entry pool was wonderful for our small children, with lots of shaded areas for adults to sit. The boardwalk had no steps, making it easy to haul our wagon and easier for older folks to navigate. Our kids were thrilled to see bunny rabbits, deer, birds and frogs on the property. It felt like a magical wonderland to our littles.

Beds are good, condo was well stocked and maintained - plenty of room for us and 3 teenagers for a week. We were worried renting a condo vs a house that we would feel a little cramped but absolutely did not. The complex is fantastic as everything is manicured and recently renovated it appears. Used the grills at the pool one night and that was much better than I anticipated as well. Overall just a great experience in a great condo. Also, we've rented from just about every other agency in HHI over the years, Island Time was new to us but they have a smaller feel, their follow up was great and you could tell that they actually cared about their property, our experience and their reputation. Many other of the bigger rental agencies in HHI should learn from these guys. Great job, we come every year and will definitely try and rent through these folks again.

Great Unit, So-So Complex

The complex was another story and it definitely impacted our stay. The complex has a single elevator and it had maintenance issues and was out of service a majority of the week. Carrying luggage and groceries up to the unit was a real chore as well as beach toys and equipment each day. It was a workout that we were not looking for on vacation. The pools were also closed a couple of times in the middle of the day during our trip. I think this would be a great unit if the elevator works, but based on it breaking multiple times during our week, I am not sure you can count on that.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was clean, spacious, and had amazing views of the ocean. However, the elevator was out of service multiple times during our stay, for many hours (4-5+) each time. There's a "safety feature" in the elevator that completely shuts it down if someone holds the door open for more than 10 seconds. There is a small sign noting this in the parking garage, but other guests either didn't see it or ignored it (which I kind of understand because I've never heard of anything like this before), which means it shuts down frequently. This condo is on the 5th floor and we were traveling with two elderly people who were physically unable to climb the stairs. Each time the elevator went out, I called the rental company to report it and the response was always "we'll try to get ahold of maintenance and we can't provide an ETA for when it will be fixed." The second outage (which happened on our third day there) happened while we were out and about late afternoon and the elderly folks were left stranded and unable to return to the condo until late into the evening. After that, they were understandably scared to leave the condo because of the fear they might not be able to get back to it. I asked if we could be moved to a lower floor, and was told none were available but that "management" would call me to discuss compensation for the fact that we had to either stay put inside the condo (missing out on a lot of the activities we'd planned) or risk being stranded again for indefinite periods of time. I still haven't heard from anyone. If you are able bodied and comfortable climbing 5 flights of stairs in the heat/humidity (and doing so while carrying luggage/groceries, as we saw other guests having to do), then I would recommend this condo -- it really was nice in itself. But if you are not up to that, I would give this one a pass. I don't like leaving negative reviews but want to make sure others aren't stuck like we were!
