Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Getting around is effortless, too. You’re right between Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations, each just a 5-minute walk, making it simple to explore the city or head straight to the airport without the hassle of driving.

You will have full access to the entire condo during your stay—the space is completely yours, so make yourself at home and enjoy it as your private retreat in the heart of Atlanta.

Check-in is simple and convenient. A 24-hour concierge is available at the front entrance to welcome you, verify your reservation, and provide access to the building. Please be sure to bring a valid government-issued ID with you at check-in. For security purposes, the concierge must confirm that the name on the reservation matches the guest checking in. If someone other than the person who booked will be arriving, please notify us in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in process.

Once inside, you’ll receive a digital door code (sent in your check-in instructions) that provides keyless entry to the condo. For added convenience, a key fob will be provided inside the unit, allowing you to freely enter and exit the building throughout the remainder of your stay without needing to check in again with the concierge.

The space
This entire condo is set within Peachtree Towers, a central downtown building known for its solid construction and quiet interiors. A full renovation completed in August 2023 refreshed the home from floor to ceiling, with thoughtful finishes and dimmable recessed lighting that lets you shift the mood from focused to relaxed. TVs are available throughout the condo, and fast Xfinity WiFi supports streaming, remote work, or staying connected while you’re in town.

Sleeping arrangements
The layout includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The bedrooms feature carefully chosen mattresses for restful nights, while a high-quality sofa bed adds flexibility for groups. Nightstands with convenient outlets and flat-screen TVs make each sleeping space practical as well as comfortable.

Living, kitchen, and bath

The condo is centrally located between Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations—both just a short walk away. MARTA makes it simple to access major attractions, business districts, and even the airport (just a 15-minute ride).

Heating & Air: The building operates on an older system that provides either heat or air conditioning, not both at the same time. During the fall and spring, the system is switched seasonally from heat to air (or vice versa). Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.

Animals: Per HOA regulations, pets are not permitted in the building.
Parking: Parking is not included with your reservation. However, there are several paid lots nearby:
