Overall the place is beautiful and clean. Location is hard to beat, although we did experience a late night party in the parking lot from 3-5am on Sunday morning. This was extremely disturbing and I have to admit it scared my husband and myself. Screaming and shouting with loud music…we just felt extremely uncomfortable and tired. The party did not occur on the second night/morning. Also, the bedroom with twin beds had no air flow. Both of my sons struggled sleeping in the heat. We enjoyed Atlanta and being able to walk around.

The property was in a place that was conveniently walkable to multiple venues, but there was a strong odor of marijuana almost constantly and the area was a bit sketchy at times. The loft could have been freshened up a bit in reference to the linens. The air and overhead fan was not working in one of the rooms. The TV also did not allow us to connect to any of our apps and the channels didn’t work either. The washer leaked when running a small load of towels. In our experience, while the walkability was nice, the price was steep for what we were accommodated with.

Owner did not provide link for access to unit so checkin process took a phone call. Also had to call for WiFi password, one provided did not work. There were holes in guest bedroom comforter and guest bath washcloth was dirty. At night the parking lot next door became a party around 2am. Parking lot full cars and people playing music yelling and fighting til 7am Friday and Saturday night. It was horrible and unsafe. I would not stay here.

Beautiful property, but lacking different features that make a rental property awesome. Tv did not work, HDMI ports were gone from the tv, which eliminated the possibility to create an ambiance within the property. Other than those few things, beautiful property and great location.

The property is beautiful and is conveniently walking distance to most tourist attractions. We had some issues with finding the parking pass but one of the hosts finally called to tell us where it was. Water and ice broken on the fridge, hdmi ports were busted in on tv, smeared ketchup and a lone press on nail found in drawers, one of the twin beds is on a steep lean. Small things that keep this from being a 5 star rating. Overall a great place to stay for a group trip.

Location was great... everything we planned to attend was walkable. It's also around the corner from a sketchier area and therefore you avoid the majority of potentially troublesome encounters. The place is huge... lots of space. Beds were great. Amenities plentiful. Washer and Dryer a plus. Only major issue was the TV. Needs to be upgraded... no working HDMI ports and out of date as a Smart TV. Freezer ice maker may be having an issue and some hooks in bathrooms would be a simple upgrade. I would stay here again for sure with my family of 5 (all over 20).

This is an absolutely beautiful place. Truly a lovely loft, and we were very thankful to be able to have a safe place to return to every night during our 14 day stay. However, there were some issues: 1) Cleanliness was a problem, as there were several places in the loft that had obviously not been touched prior to our arrival. Check-in was 4pm, but the cleaning person was still there until almost 5. 2) Communication with the host was a problem. While they did answer my questions in a timely manner, the answers they gave were problematic. We were never told, prior to arrival, that the TV did not work. The host clearly knew, as they said so in our correspondence. When asked if they would be fixing it, they said No, and that they would not be buying a new one either. We were staying for two weeks. In my humble opinion, this is very poor customer service. 3) The automated door-lock did not work. To the host’s credit, they did provide an actual key for the door in the doorknob lockbox, which was appreciated. 4) Repairs, replacements needed throughout. The dishwasher did not work properly, and so we did not use it. Handwashing dishes for two weeks. Not a big deal, but annoying. There were holes in the floors where it appeared outlets used to be. But these holes certainly presented safety hazards. Ceiling fan in one bedroom did not function correctly. All in all, if some repairs, maintenance, and upgrades happened, and if the host were more cooperative, this would be a 5/5.

The unit was large, spacious, clean and well appointed. There is a parking lot next to the building that is additional to the cost or metered using a parking app. There were unhoused people in the parking lot and along the sidewalk throughout our stay.

Perfect location for visiting World of Coke, Aquarium, etc.

We loved the location of this condo because it was located within walking distance of the places we wanted to attend. My only complaint is that the ports for the Amazon Firestick on the TV are broken, so we had limited station availability.

The place was clean and very nice. Restaurant next door delicious! We did have our truck broken into on our last night there. Maybe not the best area. 4 or 5 other cars were broken into as well.
