Great location, close to the airport.

We were a party of 6 adults, so thanks for the 3! king sized beds!! Cute, clean, and close to a lake with exercise trails, This VRBO is in a very quiet residential area. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was great! We chose this property due to its proximity to our nephew's house a few blocks away. We found the home clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The table and chairs outside were welcomed after a day of touring St. Paul and Minneapolis. The weather was perfect for winding down and visiting around the table. Any questions we had, Benjamin and Matt were quick to respond. We would definitely chose this property again when we go back.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time. So close to mall of America and close to downtown Minneapolis. We have 2 exchange daughters from Spain and they thought it was the coolest place and such a nice house.

Great location and space

Everything we needed was there and the location was great for being close to airport, mall, and amazing restaurants. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults. Very clean and was good for connecting with rest. Rich was great with communication.

Lovely home in a great location

We were in town to celebrate family birthdays and wanted a place close to family. This home not only delivered on location but amenities as well. Lots of space for us to relax, enjoy meals and large beds for sleeping. The house has everything you need!

The house was perfect for our family trip with 4 adults and 2 kids. Having a bathroom on each floor was ideal for our group. The location is central to everything we wanted to do. Cozy neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little house very much! The neighborhood was so cute and we felt very safe and comfortable - it’s just a few minutes walk from the lake, and short drives to anywhere we needed to go. The house could’ve used a bit more cleaning - there was red wine stains and red sauce stains on the countertops that could’ve been cleaned up before we got there, but other than that the house was great. The host was very responsive and great with communication and the check-in and check-out processes were so easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Spring Break

This house worked great when our college kids wanted to visit MOA. It was very conveniently located 5-10 minutes from MOA. The house has a nice mix of original and updated fixtures. We enjoyed the games and the large TV. The best part was the memory foam mattresses in each of the three bedrooms.

St Kate bound

Absolutely loved the house and it was a super quiet neighborhood and we flew in from Montana so we had to Uber, but we were only 15 minutes from everything that we wanted to see including them. All of America and Saint Catherine’s. It was nice being right on the lake and being able to go for walks every morning.

Great alternative to our regular hotel option

I have family in town and visit MN on a regular basis. My go to option is an Embassy Suites by the airport but I needed more space with my wife and 3 kids in tow. This property exceeded expectations. It was clean, in a convenient location and had plenty of room (including a bonus loft bed) to allow us to spread out. A minor issue (missing kitchen items) was quickly remedied by the owner and we'll certainly look at this option again the next time all of us are in town.

Great Home Away From Home

This house is a great find! Ben was very helpful and communicative to my questions. He even helped me adjust my stay when our plans changed. I loved all the space that allowed my husband and I to "work from home" while giving both my kids the space they needed in a safe and quiet neighborhood along with having the ability to come together for family meals. And the location to Lake Nokomis was perfect! A quick walk to the lake and beach made for a fun afternoon escape!

Cute Home with Possibility

Good location, nice older home but cleanliness and ammentities weren't satisfactory. The host was quick to respond both before and during stay, but with later check in 4:00 and early out 10:00 it makes for a short stay. Wondering if Hosts are new to this property or hosting, room for improvements. Overall we made it work for just one night.

Friends Trip

The house is exactly as described and in a very cute neighborhood. Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue that had occurred prior to our arrival which resulted in our party of 6 sharing the upstairs bathroom. The host did communicate with us about the issue and tried to address it but it was unresolved due to the weekend. The stairs are a bit steep but overall the home is beautiful. You can walk to the lake.

Cute Historic Home

We had a really nice stay in this home. The neighborhood is the perfect location, for getting out and walking. Lake Nokomis is nearby, and the trail and park system in this part of Minneapolis is fantastic! We did have a minor issue with an amenity item missing, and we were low on paper products, and a sixth coffee cup, but this was quickly resolved with great communication with the owner. The house is close to the airport which was also a plus for us. However, because it is close to the airport you do hear airplanes taking off and landing. Not a big deal once you get used to it. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

Very Charming Tudor in a Safe, Family Friendly Neighborhood.

I booked this house for a wedding and weekend getaway for myself and my children (16,15 and 12) We arrived late (10:45pm) Friday and found the place very easy to get to. Once there it was easy to park and access the lock on the front door. The house was very clean and had great old, original charm; which I absolutely loved! Not only was the house charming, but was also in a very family friendly neighborhood that I felt very safe in with my children. The house is also in a great location, just 10-20 minutes to anything we went to do. Ben was very fast and helpful in his communication. I originally booked only two nights but decided to stay an extra night. Ben made the process extremely easy! As somebody from out of town, I would definitely recommend! :) we will be having another weekend getaway here again! Jodie
