Two bedrooms: one on the main floor and one downstairs. Bedroom 1 (main floor) features a high-quality queen bed with luxury sheets and bedding.
Bedroom 2 (basement) features two twin beds with comfortable sheets and cozy blankets. NOTE: While this downstairs bedroom is finished and carpeted, it is located across from an unfinished area with a washer and dryer.
This home uses central cooling and heating.
To Keep the Lower Bedroom Cozy:
・Please keep the door closed to maintain warmth.
・Important: Don’t turn off or unplug the heater.
・Adjust the temperature using the wall plug where the heater is
connected.
・Set it no higher than 65°F, and 60°F during the day is preferred.
・Before you check out, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could set
the temperature to 60°F.

One bathroom with a shower and bathtub, stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
Enjoy a cozy, fully-stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, complimentary coffee, cookware, dinnerware, gas stove, oven, knives, microwave, and spices.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
Use our 50" Roku TV to watch your favorite movies and TV shows (you will need to log in to your Netflix/Hulu/Disney+ account) or settle into your spacious living room with a puzzle, board game, or good book!

The washer and dryer are located in the basement if you'd like to do laundry during your stay.

Free street parking is available around the house. You are welcome to use the left side of the driveway located next to the garage behind the house.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire right side of the duplex. Walk up two sets of stairs to get to the front door.
Please note that because this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear guests in the other unit. We do our best to suppress any noise that travels from one unit to another, but we wanted to make you aware as you make your booking decision!
Also, like many homes in the Twin Cities, this place has an old world charm. It's been recently updated with furniture and wall decor, but as with any old home, please be aware it has its quirks, including a wooden floor, and a narrow kitchen and stairway!
Enter through the right-side door and check yourself in with our Schlage Encode smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self-check-in).
To ensure the safety of our guests and our neighborhood, we have one exterior camera next to the front door facing the stairs leading up to the house. There are no interior cameras as we value our guests’ privacy. The camera records motion-detected video and audio (of the exterior only).
No smoking is allowed in the home or on the premises. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.
Free street parking is readily available. If needed, feel free to park in the left side of the driveway.
Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. To help prevent bugs from entering the home, please keep the doors closed. If you happen to come across any (they can be pesky!), we will do what we can to take care of the situation as soon as possible!
