Lovely weekend

Riley Cove is a special enclave at the lake's edge - very peaceful spot and friendly neghbors. It is very quick to mentally change gears to Vacay Mode at this home. The house is a little smaller than photos make it appear, but it was just fine for 3 adults. Also the bathrooms are small, especially the one inside one of the bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped for making any meal.

Highly recommend - great home/views/location

Lovely home with great view of Saratoga Lake. Host was easy to contact but we didn’t end up needing to because check-in/check-out was a breeze and house was well equipped to host our family of 4. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views of Lake and lovely, spacious home in quiet little private neighborhood

Our family stayed for a long weekend. The owner was very communicative and the process of checkiing in and out was seamless. The home is well equipped for a nice visit and the views are spectacular. My husband plays guitar and commented that the acoustics in the living room were good. The deck is relaxing and you should be sure to get up early to catch the sunrise over the lake. The house is located with 15 mins of downtown Saratoga. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. If you have dog and it needs to play there is a large open field behind the house. Check it out...lovely place to stay.

The pictures say it all about this property - the views off the back deck are amazing. We are early risers, and the mist coming off the lake is just amazing. Hope to visit again!

Wonderful stay at Halycon House of Saratoga Springs on Saratoga Lake

The owner was outstanding in his communication and description of his property. The home was stunning. Glass French door & glass windows all across the front facing the lake made you feel like you were always on the lake. Less than 10 minutes from the Saratoga race track and casino. The sunrises & sunsets on the lake were outstanding. Wonderful place to relax and have a very good time.

The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed having our morning coffee out there, waking up and going to bed to beautiful views. The homeowner recommended great restaurants and things to do for our family. The house was super clean, spacious, and we just loved being there. We can’t wait to book again next year. Would Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice vacation on the lake!

DMB weekend at the Lakehouse

This was a great location!!!! The lakehouse was great, the views were great, and the location was great!!!!! Check in was a BREEZE! Later checkout was amazing. We spent 5 amazing days on the lake and it couldn’t have gone any better, between the early morning and evening views, to the late night star gazing - and of course the annual 2 days at SPAC for DMB (which was about an 11 minute ride) - highly recommend this property! We will be back!

There were some issues with the property that the homeowner did resolve. I don't think they were quite prepared for a winter guest (this is typically a summer resort), but he did make amends. The location and view are awesome.

Amazing views

The views are wonderful and tranquil. The neighbors were very kind and offered plenty of suggestions for restaurants to try and fun places to go. Pantelis was very accessible and had a property manager stop by on the first night to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

Lovely house, lovely view, lovely setting

As other reviewers have said, the pictures of this house don’t do it justice. The panoramic view from the front room and the deck were a balm to the soul with all the crazy pandemic isolation we have had to deal with. Any problems we had were minor—grill was out of propane, for example—and Pantelis was quick to sort them out. We slept soundly in the peaceful quiet of the neighborhood, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Like others, I recommend bringing your water shoes as the lake bottom is rocky. However the water is shallow and warm, and there are lots of bass, so if you like fishing, this will be great fun for you. A big thank you to Pantelis for his hospitality!!

Beautiful view

This property had a beautiful. There were more than ample accommodations from AC, linens to a full spice closet. You should contact the owner about use of the lake prior to booking. Very convenient to the race track and lots of restaurant options.

Amazing stay

We couldn’t have had a better stay. The house was better in person than the photos which says a lot. The views were absolutely stunning while the house was incredibly clean and true to the online description. Pantelis checked in on us to ensure everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better host and home. The location was perfect as well. 10 minutes to the track, 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to anything you’d need. We’ll be making the trip and stay at this home a tradition moving forward each summer. Thank you Pantelis for everything!

Beautiful Lakehouse!

My family and I enjoyed a fabulous 4th of July week at The Halcyon House on Saratoga Lake. We rent vacation homes often and this was definitely one of the best. It was perfectly stocked with all necessary things: linens, cleaning supplies, cookware and even spices! Pantelis was kind enough to check in on us and provided all the information we needed to check in and depart smoothly. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the amazing deck, kayaking in the easily accessible lake, and zip lining at Mountain Ridge! We highly recommond the Halcyon House!
