We are on the south end of Saratoga Lake. If you’re an early riser watch the sunrise drinking your coffee on the deck or Adirondack porch both looking at-the lake . Walk across the private dead end road onto the private on dock and drop a line. If you choose to bring a boat, launching available at private launch , tie up at our private dock. Take a Kayak ride on the lake, With one of our 6 kayaks .Enjoy rainy days playing boardgames bringing out the inner child in all of us. Watch a movie on the 55 inch screen while relaxing in one of the 3 zero gravity recliner’s. Need some activity pickleball, basket ball, hiking trails, parks,race tracks, beaches, shopping, restaurants all within a 5-15 min drive. A Large kitchen provides large gatherings with all the needed supplies. Have your grocery’s delivered, never having to leave the house. Uber and lift will drive you where you need to go. This is quiet lake life with all the amenities of a home and more. Bring your family, friend’s and relax!Welcome to the lake!

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit and plenty of firewood were a plus. Views of the lake were beautiful along with the dusting of snow during our stay. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay for another visit.

We stayed here for a weekend for Travers horse race. It’s very close to park but also in a nice bit away from the heavy crowds. Lovely views. Big rooms and kitchen. Lovely stay!

House was very clean and even bigger than described/pictured. We had a great time staying at this house. Robin and Bob were very quick to respond about any inquiry. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Fantastic property that had plenty of room and wonderful outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. There were plenty of items in the kitchen to make it easy to prepare meals. We had a great time & recommend staying here.

Lakeside family retreat

The property was perfect for our multi-generational family traveling with our canine. Good location away from the hubbub but a short car ride to the Ballston Spa and Saratoga Springs.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our needs and we were able to bring our dogs which was great for us. It is a quiet neighborhood in a good location for the things we wanted to do. We did have to keep our dogs on a leash in the yard which was ok but they love to play ball. The lake was nice for boat riding, (We rented a boat) but not great for swimming. Extremely weedy. Overall we had a very nice family vacation

This lovely 4-bedroom, dog and kid friendly family home with lake views and access was perfect for our family reunion. We loved cooking together in the wonderfully stocked and large kitchen with a table that fit all 8 of us. What a joy! We so appreciated the central air conditioning when it was 90 and humid. The kids' books and toys were a huge hit for our grandchildren. We are so grateful for Robin's and Bob's generosity, thoughtfulness and hospitality.

Perfect landing spot for graduation

Our son graduated from Union college (approx 35-40 min away) this past weekend and this was the perfect spot to share with family coming out from NM & OK. Its easy to get to, the perfect view with morning coffee, and a great setting for sharing photos of the weekend with each other. Staying there was easy - no overly complicated procedures or restrictions. The spring being what it is this year (cold & wet), and busy with graduation activities, we didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor opportunities, but it was still wonderful. Thank you!

Such a great location, view and home! So many varieties of outdoor spaces, screened porch, outside deck, firepit, yard, so peaceful and relaxing! Indoors was flawless and super comfortable!

Great for Family Get Together

This four bedroom with 2 screened porches and large deck overlooking the lake was perfect for us to visit with family from the area. The house has a large yard with large trees for shade, as well as a large driveway providing plenty of parking. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, and the main bathroom very spacious with large tub and separate shower. It provided a home away from home feeling. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time! You’re house was lovely and fit our needs perfectly. The lake was just what we were looking for. One thing we would’ve liked was a place to put food in the kitchen other than the countertop — at the same time we did love the big sized kitchen packed with everything that we would need!

Home away from Home

We had a wonderful weekend at the house! Cozy home, nice neighbors with no issues, beautiful spot overall. The location was fantastic, very close to town/amenities. This spot on the lake was not the best for swimming, but that has nothing to do with the owners or house itself. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Recent trip to Saratoga

We all enjoyed staying at this property and this was the first time visiting Saratoga lake. We brought our boat and was able to launch it at the local boat launch. Our kids and grandkids enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking in the lake. The owners were very responsive to my text messages and even met us ant the property upon arrival at our request.

October Weekend

Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub.

Relaxing and fishing

Toad my boat up to do a little fishing on the lake and had a couple of friends at decided to come up and join us the last half of the trip. Plenty of room for all of us was able to get my boat in right across the street and leave it at the dock, which was great. The neighbor Marcus was also very friendly and allowed me to run an extension cord from his house to my boat to charge my trolling motor every night. No complaints at all.
