The exterior landscaping is totally fenced with low voltage lighting and was professionally designed with 52 different botanical plant species (including a butterfly/bee garden). To conserve water the plants are on a drip irrigation system with timers. The backyard is almost totally shaded from the canopy of huge, lighted, beautiful heritage live oak tree (third largest in all of Fairhope proper). The two driveways provide parking for six cars. We include an electric vehicle charging station and a transfer switch for a generator in case of power outages. The side yard includes a full size, lighted, bocce/petanque/corn hole court with spectator seating and giant judge's chair.
