The open-concept space boasts a gas fireplace for cozy winter nights and a large patio to enjoy during the warmer months. You'll be just a short 10-15 minute walk to an array of restaurants and shops. This unit combines peaceful neighborhood living with the vibrancy and excitement of downtown, giving you the perfect mix of both!
Please note that this listing is exclusively for the lower unit. The upper unit is a separate property.

Additional vehicles may be parked on the street; however, the City of Milwaukee requires an overnight parking permit. These permits are valid for up to 3 consecutive nights and can be easily requested free of charge through the cityâs official website.

Relax on the spacious porch with patio furniture, cozy up by the gas fireplace, or enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, WiFi, and a 50â flat-screen TV. The unit has flexible sleeping optionsâtwo bedrooms with a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed, plus a queen-size cabinet bed in the living area. Off-street parking for one car is included, and thereâs plenty of street parking nearby. Plus, a bus stop is just a block away for easy access to the city. Cable is provided through AT&T Direct Stream.
While the condo is fully updated, it retains the charm of its age, with original wood floors upstairs. Please note that noise from the unit above may be heard, and parties are not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment. If you're after a lively experience, a hotel may be a better fit.
