The house was great - large, clean, well-equipped and in a convenient location for exploring Asheville. We especially appreciated all of the comfortable seating in living room with more than enough room for our group of 8 adults to gather. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable with the exception of the 5th upstairs bedroom which was open to the living room with a less than comfortable squeaky trundle bed. One suggestion is to add a railing on the front porch to help navigate the uneven, slate steps.

We had an excellent stay. The house is very close to both Asheville and Hendersonville. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well appointed. Our only complaint was the steep front steps without a handrail, but we were able to use the back entrance instead.

Very nice home, lots of space for the large family we brought. The location is very good for being close enough to everything but not surrounded by everyone.

The house was almost perfect for our stay. The location was central and check-in was smooth. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We called to report the ice machine wasn’t working and the management team showed up with a bag of ice within the hour. House was immaculate and beds were very comfortable. The game room in the garage provided hours of fun for the whole family. The only thing really missing was a decent TV. The house is so amazing that the outdated TVs stood out as the only thing lacking in this otherwise perfect home.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Fairview! It was a lovely property, very clean and spacious. It was nice that the bedrooms were spread out because we had many pairs of adults that were able to get their own space and bathroom. The location was great, but be careful of the curve to turn onto their street if you're arriving after dark. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend!

This is a great home really close to downtown and a bunch of other spots. Tons of room in the property and very clean and comfortable. Our families had a great time!

The property was in a really good location close to highway, blue ridge parkway entrance and also grocery stores. It was spacious for our family of 10 with privacy in all bedrooms.Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect — close to Asheville and the Biltmore, but still peaceful and quiet.Our host was responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they care about the guest experience. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway spot!

Very nice house and a great place for the family gathering. They do need to upgrade the televisions in the house as they are all very old and extremely small by today's standards. We watched football but was a little disappointed.

Wonderful House, Best on VRBO

This is a very clean and comfortable home. It was very well furnished and stocked with necessities. Hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. I will definitely come back again. Avantstay made sure to check in if we needed any support. We highly recommend this house.

We had a great trip!

The home was in a great location, well-stocked, beautiful, and so clean! This was the first time we've stayed at a pet friendly property, so i was concerned about cleanliness, but i was very impressed as everything appeared to be pretty spotless.The one major suggestion my group had was to have something to hold onto (a railing or something) next to the front door stairs. We didn't have any problems with them, thankfully, but It felt like someone could easily slip on them in the rain or fall handling luggage.There was plenty of space for everyone and anywhere we wanted to go was typically within a 15-20 minute drive, which was very convenient.The property is absolutely gorgeous and we will return next time we're in the area!

Great stay with family. We were all in town for a family wedding. House was good for our numbers. Spacious and comfortable. A few things showing the wear of unit but not bad. Kitchen table could use replacing, wood old, lost its finish so sticky. Couldn’t find any coffee filters, found 2nd day after we bought some. A few minor things need fixing or replacing but did not hinder our stay. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Local grocery Store near by was a big plus!! Downtown Asheville not far. Loved the ceiling fans. Only thing to point out is if you have someone elderly there are 4 steps into the house that are stone with no railing. Small fire pit out front but no way to light it! Local guys managing were very responsive to needs. Enjoyed!
