Both have very separate entrances and designated parking spots with separable and private patios. However the units do share a wall and the gated parking carport. * We have priced both units accordingly. -- Units do NOT share the hot tub and is only for your use.

You can expect to see elderly people walking to the nearby senior center, dog walkers, medical staff walking to work, bikers, kids walking to the 2 local schools, and the due to the proximity of downtown the occasional un-homed person. It's a fantastic location, so keep in mind that you're booking a downtown urban property and please consider this before making your reservation so that the location is not a negative factor in your anticipated and pleasurable experience or in your review of the home.

This beautifully maintained home is central to just about everything in ABQ. Although it is in the Downtown area, The home is in a historical neighborhood surrounded by other homes, schools and a senior center. The Iconic Martinez Town Park is an easy walk as is the Convention Center.
