Communauté privée élégante et isolé avec seulement 15 unités situées dans une zone de grande destination touristique. La propriété offre la meilleure expérience et de la valeur en fonction de son emplacement et tous les services inclus - voir les avis de voyageurs et voyez par vous-même! Ce condo de niveau de jardin offre 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie qui est accessible en fauteuil roulant tout le chemin de la zone de stationnement à l'intérieur du condo. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et dormir confortablement sept adultes. Découvrez brises de l'océan naturelles avec une grande ventilation transversale partout.

Deux chambres et deux salles de bains offrent toutes les commodités. Les fenêtres à battants dans le domaine de la cuisine se ouvrent à votre propre zone de compteur de portion de la terrasse avec, bien entendu, très belle vue sur la plage. Véranda spacieuse bord de mer avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan Atlantique et d'un patio avec vue sur environnante luxuriante El Yunque Rain Forest National. Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue sur la plage de le lever du soleil et de la lune sur l'océan à partir de tous les espaces de vie à l'intérieur du condo. Rêver sur la principale chambre à coucher avec vue sur l'océan directs du lit king size avec accès privé à la véranda en bord de mer à travers vos propres portes dans la chambre verre. Beach paradise

Unbelievable views in Luquillo. It was a lovely stay and so enjoyable to wake up and wind down on the back porch. Place was large and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful getaway

We had an amazing time. The location is great. Access to the beach is easy. There are a lot of resources nearby (shops, restaurants, markets, etc). The hosts were great and very friendly & responsive.

Vacation

The condo was wonderful. The best part is the spacious lanai with the ocean view. The swimming and snorkeling were right outside our door. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach stay. Our hosts were very helpful guiding me on my first VRBO experience.

Great view everyday

Having palm trees and a view of the ocean and beach steps away was wonderful. Loved that there was snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, and ample outdoor living. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms. Adjusting to them humidity was challenging.

Fantastic Place To Stay!

So many wonderful things to say about this beautiful property! My family and I loved our stay and I would highly recommend booking. The condo was very clean and filled with many beach amenities. The layout of the condo is great and the covered patio overlooking the ocean was great! Not too mention, Frankie is a fantastic host!

Beautiful and well maintained with great amenities

We very much enjoyed our stay at Frankie and Dorisa's lovely beach condo. The best part was all the amenities! Our family of four had plenty of room to stretch out, and made good use of the kayak, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, and cooler. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and we would definitely return in the future.

Great property and location

As kids got older we stopped gifting and started travelling for holidays and our place in Luquillo was perfect for the 4 of us. It has everything you could ever need in a well-appointed property. Many attractions within walking distance and many more within a reasonable car ride. We could not have had a better stay and visit to PR! Thank you Dorissa and Frankie!

BEAUTIFUL

This a wonderful gem of a place. We stayed with my 5 year old son. We felt very safe letting him play in the fenced yard, and had the beach right there beyond the gate. We practically had the place to ourselves during the week. We would love to return.

Fantastic stay in Luquillo

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The owners had provided everything we needed and more. Plenty of beach towels, sand toys, chairs, and snorkel equipment. The condo is well maintained, you can tell that the owners take pride in providing a neat and clean place to stay. The view from the back patio can't be beat. Reading on the hammock was pure heaven. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous!

What a wonderful stay! All the amenities we wanted and needed. Seven ladies went down for fun, sun and relaxation and Frankie and Dorisa made it a success! Beautiful front patio with an amazing view! Loved having all the chairs and coolers for the beach. I have reserved again for January! Can't wait!

Amazing Beach Experience

This condo is absolutely perfect for those looking to spend time on the beach and explore everything Puerto Rico has to offer. We went with our family including our children ages 4 and 7 and my wife's parents. Frankie and Dorisa answered every question we had, and made sure the trip was flawless from start to finish. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice as we went in August. There are grocery stores, a Walgreens, and restaurants very close, yet the condo itself is quiet, safe and feels secluded. We can't wait to get back to Luquillo and would absolutely stay here again!

A wonderful stay in this beautiful ocean-front condo.

What a gorgeous place! Every morning -- coffee on the terrace followed by a walk on the beach. My idea of paradise. Everything in the condo was in perfect working order. And so many extras - tons of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. In addition to the wonderful terrace, a delightful hammock, and 2 lounge chairs in the very private side yard. This must be the best condo in Luquillo. Can't go wrong with this one.

AMAZING AGAIN!

This was our third stay at this piece of heaven! This time we brought the ENTIRE family including a 21 month old and we could not have asked for a better place to stay! All the amenities (plus more) for the baby including big umbrella for beach, sand toys, inside toys, playpen, bed rails, you name it! I hate to even write a good review because I just do not want to share this with anybody! We love it so much, we are heading back in April for a short getaway! See you soon!

Wonderful condo and location!

Planning for a toddler in tow, we had to find a place that was comfortable, quiet, yet easily accessible to the beach. This condo was the *perfect* fit! I've NEVER been the kind of traveler who is satisfied hanging out at the rental all day, but this condo completely changed my attitude. The extremely comfy chairs coupled with the warm breezes and accessibility to the ocean was AWESOME. The manager also helped with a problem on site very quickly and provided great customer service. We wish we were back right now!!

Wonderful vacation stay

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and Frankie and Dorisa were there for anything we needed. It was like we were staying at a friends home on the beach. Anything we needed was provided. We had snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, a kayak, anything you would need to enjoy the beach. We enjoyed this as two couples but would have been great for the whole family. It was even more beautiful that the pictures provided. It completely exceeded our expectations, our only suggestions would be to provide more than one beach entrance key and maybe a larger coffee pot. When we return to Puerto Rico we would most definitely stay here again.

Another Great Time

I hesitate at writing a review for Frankie and Dorissa's paradise because I do not want to share it with anybody!!! We have been to Puerto Rico many times and have stayed at various places. This is our second time staying at this rental. It is absolutely amazing in all respects. You cannot beat the view from your patio - the best view we've ever had. You cannot beat the hospitality of the owners - they provide everything you need to have a spectacular time!! Thank you again for sharing your piece of paradise with us. See you soon!!

By far this is the best experience my family and I have had. Frankie and Dorisa really took the time to make sure you have everything you need providing many amenities. The location and beach area is perfect for families. Those with young ones do not have to worry about their little ones while older children can take a short walk to the right and boogie board. The location is perfect for those who want to utilize the marina in Fajardo, El Yunke, and the kiosks. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us we truly had an amazing trip! -Kathryn

Great family trip to the beach

I recently had a great family vacation at this beach home – it truly exceeded our expectations! The house was not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also equipped with everything a family could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living space had a welcoming atmosphere. The owners were incredibly accommodating and friendly, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. A perfect place to spend the week.

The location is excellent. When they say it is beach front, the only thing between you and the beach because it’s a gated property. So refreshing to wake up and watch the ocean every morning. Frankie and Dorisa are excellent hosts. We communicated regularly the week before the rental and Frankie met us at the property for the check in. He gave use a great tour and followed up with us to make sure we were happy. Everything you need for the beach is included. Plenty of chairs, towels, beach activities etc. The condo is all tile, so it is very clean and comfortable for the beach. Our family was totally happy with the stay and we will likely be back. Thank You Frankie and Dorisa!
