L'endroit parfait pour une famille ou des vacances romantiques. Belle et exclusive villa (30 unités). Grand balcon, où vous pourrez profiter de superbes vues sur l'océan et la piscine. La Villa a un merveilleux concept ouvert cuisine / salle à manger / coin salon, où vous pourrez vous détendre. Complexe avec piscine, gazebo et aire de jeux.

L'appartement dispose d'un accès à la plage à 7 Seas et Playa Escondida. Il est à distance de marche de restaurants et de la réserve naturelle de Las Cabezas de San Juan, où vous pouvez aller nuit kayak à la baie bioluminescente. Conduisez moins de 2 minutes au village de Las Croabas pêcheur: une zone touristique où vous pouvez prendre un taxi d'eau ou catamaran snorkeling excursions d'une journée complète pour les petits cayes comme Palominito et Icacos; El Conquistador Hôtel & Casino avec terrain de golf, des restaurants, un spa et des courts de tennis. La célèbre plage de Luquillo et El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest sont à seulement 15 min. un moyen. 2. Nature Reserve Las Cabezas de San Juan: y compris des visites à pied du phare et du musée.
3. Playa Escondida et Playa Colora: deux des plages les plus isolées de la région où vous pouvez trouver de belles vues panoramiques dans les eaux très calmes (où la maison du gouverneur d'été est situé).

March Seven Seas

Great location close to activities. The beach has a walking path to additional natural beaches with great views and wildlife. Air conditioning in bedrooms only is sufficient for the entire property. Three grocery stores and other shops are close by for cooking meals in the very well equipped kitchen. No power outages took place at all during our week stay. A rental car is a must if you want to go to activities in the surrounding area. Roads are well maintained and it is easy to drive in this area and to and from the airport.Check in was a bit of a challenge and the property listing did not include accurate amenities; however, that has since been updated based on feedback. Bring your own shampoo and trash bags and there is no hot-tub or grill at this property. Overall a great place to stay with family.

Great place, right by nice beach

The place was exactly as advertised. Spacious, nice kitchen, right across the street from a great beach. The pool was small but nice. Walkable to a bunch of restaurants/food stalls. Close drive to the supermarket. Only problem was the roosters! In our apt, they started crowing every night at 3:30am so if you're sensitive to that, watch out, it was a bit rough to sleep.

Caribbean Paradise

We Had trouble getting the gate to open upon arrival. The people behind us finally let us in. 2nd time, the remote for the gate didn’t work. That was frustrating as three of our four were sick. Again, somebody finally let us in. It would be nice if there were some dish towels in the kitchen and wash cloths. But overall, this is a great place to stay with the beautiful view from the deck where we’d have coffee every morning. Some excellent eating places nearby. We would stay again.

Great stay in well equipped Fajardo condo!

Really nice unit with well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and balcony. Beautiful view of nice small mostly deserted pool and the sand and sea. The ability to wash and dry clothes was awesome. Very comfortable with fans, AC provided in bedrooms. Patricia was super responsive and patient with my last minute texting about check in. We highly recommend this well located condo!

Great place

This was a great location for our first trip to Puerto Rico. Walk to seven seas, hike to playa Escondido. Close to rainforest adventure, bioluminescent kayaking and snorkeling. Found several great restaurants close by. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5, and extremely clean. Possibly cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The only negative was hearing the roosters at night but I think this is everywhere. We would stay here again,

Comfortable and homey beachside condo

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying here and having it as our home base during our trip. The condo was clean with comfortable furnishings inside and out — the bistro table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for taking in views of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had basically everything we needed. There was a cupboard with spices, sugar, cooking spray, oatmeal, and some other staples. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. There was a laundry basket and laundry detergent available which was a plus. One of the best parts of this property is how close it is to the beach! You cross the street and you’re but a few shorts steps to the water. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo had several beach chairs and other beach items (mats, beach towels, toys, and cooler) we could use. The condo is also a short walk from the Reserva Natural de Las Cabezas de San Juan, which I highly recommend visiting and taking a tour of. Patricia was very responsive and helpful. We had some trouble checking in at the gate and she quickly responded to our texts and made sure we were able to get in. She answered all of our questions and responded to messages in timely manner. We had a lovely time and would happily stay here again.

We can't say enough about how gracious Patricia was to us. We landed right before a tropical storm Ernesto (which ended up being a hurrincane) and unfortunately the power to the entire area was knocked out for an indefinite amount of time. Patricia communicated with us throughout the entire process and was beyond generous to us with having to cancel the rest of our time in Fajardo and move more inland. We are hoping to book again at the property sometime soon. The condo was spotless and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, from the Torres Family.

Look no further!!!

Wow what a wonderful place to stay! From the beach across the street and the amenities the condo offered, Patricia’s place blew away our expectations! Restaurants are close by, the beach is across the street, and it’s close to grocery stores! The condo had everything we could have needed plus more! The grounds were clean and well maintained. My family had such great things to say about the property. They really have a nice place here! Only downfall was having one gate opener (that we could find) so it was sometimes inconvenient if our group separated at times to get in and out (minor details). 10/10 will stay again if we are in Fajardo!!

Perfect for my family

The 3 bedroom condo was clean and had everything we could imagine. The beach was right across the street perfect for snorkeling. We like the fact that it wasn’t too touristy but close to Old San Juan. Great local restaurants. We recommend La Cueva Del Mar. Patricia was very nice and prompt. My family of six ranging from 12-28 Years old all had a great time.

It's all about the details. This experience was top tier. Lovely place in a lovely location. Host made sure our stay was wonderful. The binder made stay and check out easy. It is a gold mine of local info. I would 100% stay there again.

This was an awesome stay!! Location was great!! Located right across from the beach and super close to good restaurants and marinas Very few places on the island will give you the amenities that are accessible within a short distance of this place if what you are looking for is a great beach retreat. Great spot for a getaway in PR!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location to access the rainforest and kayak and snorkeling excursions. Having several restaurants and Seven Seas Beach right across the street was awesome! Communication with the host was great. Check in and out was easy. It was stocked with all of the essentials in the kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms that we needed. The washer and dryer was a plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice Property and Location

The property was exactly like the pictures. Good amount of space for our group 6. Having the pool just across the balcony was a bonus. The location is right across of seven seas Beach (tranquil waters was the selling point as we had young children with us), just a short walk. The road in front was under construction but not much of hassle. The Lopez family was very communicative and provided the details needed for a smooth check in. Highly recommend!!

Relaxing

Beautiful villa situate close to the beach. We loved the pool which was really close to our villa, and enjoyed many hours relaxing there. We never felt unsafe, even though the beach got busy. Seemed like families enjoying their time together. Restaurants are short drives away. We would book there again!!

It did not disappoint!!

This was a wonderful place right across the street from seven seas beach! It was challenging to find for our taxi driver because of road construction but Patricia was very helpful in getting us there. We spent every morning on the deck having coffee and enjoying the view. There are a couple of fun restaurants within walking distance which was great as we did not rent a car. The rooms are spacious and were perfect for the four of us. We would definitely rent again. Absolutely loved the area and apartment. No complaints. We visited Luquillo, El Yunque Forest, Las Tinajas waterfall and pools (the highlight of our trip) Apartment was very spacious and plenty big for 5 of us, beach across the street and pool right down the stairs! El Pescador seafood was amazing and a 5 minute drive!! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

MUCH NEEDED

I booked our condo online--IT WAS A BREEZE,,as I had a couple of questions--they were answered with in the hour of asking. The condo was in a gated BEAUTIFUL property,,my friend and I felt very safe--we did rent a car, which I was very glad, because there are so many things to see on the beautiful Island..We also walked to several places to eat and sip a cocktail-EVERYONE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY to us. Our condo had everything we needed to cook in-the grocery store was minutes away by car. The condo was ez to find from the airport as Patrica gave us A1 directions. NOW--THE POOL AREA,,,we had so many relaxing hours and met so may new friends--it was beyond clean and relaxing. THE BEACH-- I will say that it was a 3 minute walk,,but that might be abit wrong--WE WERE THERE IN MINUTES!! AND,, the condo provided beach chairs and towels for that.. washer and dryer if needed too. COFFEE every morning outside as the temp was EXCELLENT--well we are home now,,,and already planning for next year, but my friend and I are already thinking a week isnt long enough--lol--were both over 70 years old and can say we had the time of our lives--THANKS TO OUR WONDERFUL HOSTS! THANK YOU SO MUCH---p.s. were from WISCONSIN...

Pro’s: Very spacious unit. Very clean. Beds were all good. Kitchen was well appointed. Beach is right across the street. Pool and patio were very nice. Private gated lot. Laundry worked well. Air in all bedrooms Con’s: No air in kitchen and living room. No wash clothes. Coffee maker always had grounds. Third bedroom needs a dresser. Local restaurants all closed at 8:30 pm or were not open Sunday through Thursday. No shopping to speak of.

Location, Location,Location

What a wonderful condo in a great location. Patricia was great, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The condo was outfitted with everything you could need, whether it was for cooking in or going to the beach. And she provided, what we thought, was the most comprehensive owner's book we've ever seen. We wanted to hike El Yunque, kayak in the bioluminescent lagoon and snorkle at some of the nearby islands and all were only 10 - 25 minutes from the condo. Couple this with great restaurants nearby and you have the perfect vacation. My compliments to Patricia and her dad for a fabulous introduction to Puerto Rico.

I am an elementary school history teacher. I have a 14 years old son. My parents own the apartment, and since they need help with computers, I manage the account for them.

I studied in Syracuse University, and work at a private school here in San Juan. I enjoy teaching very much. I also, love helping my parents with the VRBO rental beach apartment.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This ample apartment is a special place that we acquired to enjoy with family and friends. We relax and disconnect ourselves from work and the big city life. Even thou you have everything close by (stores, supermarket, etc.) it is like being in another place. The 7 Seas area in Fajardo is well know for its lovely beaches and the Natural Reserve of Las Cabezas with the bioluminicent bay.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is a relaxing place with the most beautiful beaches and I enjoy the ocean view from the apartment. We just walk about 200 meters and my feet can feel the sand and then the warm blue water. The complex is small, neighbors are nice, and it’s really in front of the beach. The town is small and the people are very friendly . We have a lot of activities and restaurants within walking distance.
