Magnifique condo privé en bord de mer avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, de magnifiques baies vitrées et des vues imprenables sur la plage. Le condo est joliment décoré et vous attend!

La chambre principale a un lit King. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et un lit gigogne double. Dort facilement cinq personnes.

Le condo comprend un grand combo salon / salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et un coin buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse.

La propriété est fermée avec 2 places de parking dédiées.

Il y a une douche extérieure près de la porte de la plage et une aire de jeux pour enfants.

Le condo est situé à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants locaux, de l'épicerie d'Amigo et des «Kioskos».

La forêt tropicale d'El Yunque, l'équitation, la tyrolienne, les karts, les 4 roues et plus sont à seulement 10 minutes en voiture.

Il est à moins de 20 minutes de Fajardo, où vous pourrez profiter de la baie bioluminescente ainsi que prendre le ferry pour Culebra et Vieques.

Wonderful view!

Beautiful sunrise! It is walking distance to Luquillo beach calm clear ocean. We enjoyed staying there. Property needs some updates but location and ocean I mean the beach fixes everything!

Sisters Trip

The location, beach, view, neighborhood were amazing. The communication with staff was excellent. We have just two suggestions:The outside shower needs some gravel. It is impossible to get the sand off when you are standing in wet sand.The floor of the condo was filthy.All in all, despite these two things, we had an excellent stay and hope to return again.

Property was decent and clean. The views were great! We had issues with the air-conditioning in the master bedroom and they sent a handyman to look at it right away.

Great view, breeze, location

We had a fantastic stay! The check in process will be difficult if you don't have good service (at least text) when you arrive, and takes a little time but worked out just fine for us. The unit has everything you need (we were thankful for the beach toys and supplies). The unit can use some updates but was clean, spacious, and comfortable (except for the trundle bed mattress). The location and beach and breeze are amazing... Fixes everything! Easy access to el Yunque and Fajardo. Walk to Luquillo and Playa Azul! We'd be happy to return!

Excellent location, amazing views

The condo is oceanfront, facing a very nice beach with clean water. The condo complex is gated and feels secure. The condo itself is roomy, with two bathrooms, which is a plus. The balcony is spacious. The condo has everything you need for the beach vacation - the chairs, the toys. The nearby beach is excellent for swimming. We enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely location! You can’t beat being steps away from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and there were nice extras such as aloe, camp chairs and beach toys. The AC units in the bedroom kept the nights comfortable. The patio was a great spot to hang out and eat with a table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. Be aware that with this proximity to the ocean, salty sea air does a number on everything, from doors to furniture. But this did not negatively impact our stay. I would encourage guests to leave the beach cleaner than you find it. There is a great deal of trash so we always brought a bag down with us to do some cleanup. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful place!

I’m still dreaming about our stay here. The beautiful patio and ocean breezes were just spectacular. There were no bugs so we just left the patio doors open. It was heavenly. We didn’t turn on the tv once because we just loved sitting on the patio. The location was central to everything. A calm beach, a beach with waves, Luquillo beach and kiosks. We also went to el Yunque. You will not regret a stay here at all!

Nice location on the beach

The condo worked well for our stay on the main island in Puerto Rico. Everything worked as advertised including the wifi and TV. We were able to access Netflix with a little experimentation. There is nice beach right out front where you can walk for a long ways. The only thing I would say negative about the place is that they could throw away the scratched up teflon frying pans and invest in some new ones. All in all a good place to stay.

Family trip to PR

Excellent location right on the beach. Great communication from the host and the property was just as listed. The beach outside the property is amazing and we spent hours just enjoying the surf with very few other people. There are lots of restaurants nearby and things to do. We arrived at 3am so the check in was a bit challenging in the dark. The host did a great job of sending us instructions for getting in. Had it been daylight we wouldn’t have had a problem at all. Loves our stay and would definitely go there again.

Beautiful beachfront property in excellent location

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary kids) stayed at Crystal Blue for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The view from the porch is amazing and the water was crystal clear! We enjoyed walking to a bakery for breakfast several mornings. The location was close to many activities we did--the kiosks, Fajardo, the ferry, El Yunque! There were beach chairs, toys, and a cooler in the closet. The kids enjoyed the grassy area between the condo and the beach where we saw many large lizards. Communication regarding arrival/checkout was very clear. This was a really great place--would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely gorgeous

We are so glad we chose this property for our third trip to Luquillo. The fact that almost the entire condo has spectacular beach and ocean views makes this a lovely place to spend a week. We have also stayed in a neighboring complex, and the balcony and views from this condo are VERY worth the price difference for us. The beaches out front and just a two minute walk away are our favorites of the many we have explored in PR - great snorkeling, calm, and never crowded. The complex is extremely quiet and always feels safe. The rooms are spacious and clean and exactly as pictured. I was a little hesitant when I learned it was a management company, but we had a point person who texted back immediately to any questions we had. We hope to be back!

Perfect stay!

Spent a fantastic 4 days here. Perfect location to get to el yunque, beaches, ferry for a day trip to Culebra. As others mention the property is a bit outdated- it is not the Wyndham. But it has an unbeatable view and absolutely has everything one needs. It was perfect for our family of 4 ( 2 teens) Has AC - but never turned it in due to a fantastic breeze. So conveniently located with its own access to a lovely shallow beach and we walked the beach to the Balneario ( public beach) and the kioskos. Would highly recommend.

Amazing views

This place was perfect for us. I had a young infant for this trip, so the large balcony with a view made this trip enjoyable while stuck inside. The beach was very calm which was perfect for my 4 year old to swim. The bedrooms were spacious but the beds were pretty uncomfortable. There was air conditioning in just the bedrooms, which mostly kept up. When the wind died down, the living room and kitchen area got pretty hot and humid. Despite these little negatives the balcony with the view definitely made up for it!

Amazing location at the end of the beach. 2nd floor was great with view overlooking an amazing beach

Location Location Location! Amazing beach getaway in a nice small town. Bring sand shoes and snorkel gear to explore reef and tropical fish just steps from the shoreline. 15-20 minute walk you can be at the Kiosk restaurants and shops. Other restaurants and stores are near by if you need anything. 30 mimute drive to the Rain Forest. This is really located well to make for a great vacation. The place has a nice layout with 2 patios overlooking a grass courtyard and right on the beach. Secure parking area and units. Everything you need is stocked up but a little outdated. Some new stuff would really make this great place perfect.

Beautiful beach!

This was a great place for our family of 5. The unit was spacious with a good lay-out. The views were incredible and the beach was the best beach we visited in Puerto Rico. It was SO CALM for our kids and very shallow. There was snorkeling equipment in the unit and if you went out a ways, there was a nice coral reef. The beach was also uncrowded with plenty of shade and space. The unit had beach toys, chairs, and everything we needed, as well as comfortable patio chairs to enjoy the view. Our cons - it was difficult to check in. When we arrived, there was no key inside the hidden key container. We called the management company, but couldn't get ahold of them until later, after my husband had ended up jumping the tall fence to get us in. Additionally, later in our stay, the water went completely out throughout the building. I understand that this wasn't the property management company's fault, but they didn't offer any solutions other than telling us to use a bucket of water for the toilets, and didn't follow up at any point to see if the water started working. Finally, the unit was generally dated and tired, with older furniture and some broken things. Overall, though, the beach, views and general layout of the unit still made it a very good experience and we had a great visit here.

Great place to stay with a few issues.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location on the beach is amazing and the unit itself was nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The unit could use some TLC as we had some water coming in during a major storm. Our biggest issue was with the appliances, the dishwasher did not work and the washer was not functional. The property manager sent someone out to try and fix the washer, but they were not successful. Communication was very good. The area is close to El Yunque and the Kiosks, so a great spot for a base to explore.

Great location, poor service

The property, while dated, including a kitchen window frame with a half-inch hole and a rusting washer and dryer, is ideally located, quiet, secure and had plenty of space for my wife and me. We made plenty of use of the spacious balcony overlooking the water. The property is steps away from the beach. We did have two issues, however, that marred our stay. We were informed the day we checked in that a technician would arrive the following day, Saturday, to repair the washer. He came but could not fix it. Judith, a property rental contact, said she would provide an update on Monday, which came and went without any word. I texted and called Judith, but never heard back. On Monday I called to report a refrigerator leak that periodically required drying the kitchen floor. I was told a repairman was not available. The final issue occurred the evening before our checkout. The FOB to open the property gate wasn’t working. We were able to leave the property for dinner thanks to a tenant who opened the gate. After two unanswered calls and texts, I reached a property management representative who said she would call me in 10-15 minutes. Not hearing back after 45 minutes, I called and was informed that there was no one available to come to the property, which left only one option: park our car overnight on the street next to the property. The representative said the company would not take responsibility if anything happened to the car. The property representative also said we could cancel the final night of our contract and find another place to stay . Because it was 7:30 pm, finding somewhere else was impractical, I responded. The representative repeated that there was no one available to help. She suggested I tap the FOB, as it might re-establish a connection with the FOB sensor. Thankfully, it worked. I understand that rental property issues arise that can’t be addressed immediately. The lack of responsiveness and reasonable solutions on the part of the rental property management company was disappointing.

Fantastic Location in Luquillo

Amazing and beautiful location. Private, secure, very clean, and absolutely breath taking view and scenery of Playa Azul. My wife and I had a great time. We have family in Puerto Rico and we visit every year so we will definitely search this property again for booking for our next trip.
